Reliance Smart — unwanted messages

i have been getting unwanted sms about job applications from the number "56300", although i have not subscribed it.so please help me, i don't want any further sms to be received from this number.

I am a user of Reliance GSM < smart > service.From 2 months some Reliance talk tune is activate in my phone some how and charged Rs-20 every month.Its one and the another problm is in every month Rs-10 cut from my balance ut the service is unknown to me. Customer care cnt help me cause there are no data in there computer screan. The toll free number of Reliance talk tune service not connected and the numbers are payble so how can I recover from this.
