sim reliance smart — money deduction
deducted about rs 120 without my consent from balance of rs 130.and closed all incoming call line for coustmer.they are not returning money inspite several complain .mobile no [protected] Dear Sir,
I have a GSM Reliance sim - [protected], through which unnecessary charges are deducting from 2-months. I don't know, how these were activated. And I have called to reliance customer 5-7 times but they are not taking any action to deactivate all, and only mentioned services those have been activating on my number.
rworld - video vogue, bollywood-pack, killer-bath, dismay-club.
Now, I am completely fed up with this at all and thought that if, it would not be solved within 2-days, then I will switch to DOCOMO by portability and in future I will never try to become customer of reliance and will not refer to others also.
kindly take any action against it and I know such a fortune level Reliance Company would take up a action in against of this Cheap stuff.

I am Satadru Das and my mobile no. is [protected]. Last night (06/07/2010) Rs 30/- is deducted form my phone and its happening every month Reliance My Music Service is activated to my account and this is totally unnecessary for me. It is activated without my permission. Please deactivate this subscription and refund my money.Satadru Das.
