my sim is blocked

they say my reliance gsm sim is rejected...
i have done nothin to it, not hampered with puk no. or nethin.. did nothin wrong... it just happened... and now they wanna cost 100 rd. for a new sim, it is totally unfair, eg. you purchase sumthing from sum1 if the thing is faulty it shows within 10 days... then it shud b replaced... ofcoarse if warranty is not void... so in case of sim too... i suppose it shud happen...
if sumthin can b done... pls let me know...

with respect I have to say that I am a old user of RELIANCE SMART GSM service bearing no [protected]. My mistake has locked my mobile phone. There is requirement of PUK code. Plz. issue me my puk code as soon as possible.
