[Resolved] Reliance Smart — deactivate 1p sms pack | |||
i am custmer of reliance smart. my no is [protected].i am trying to deactivate my 1p sms pack since 6 months.but my complaint is not lodging at their given number 53739 for unsubscribe.whenevr we try,the masage came " sorry,the service you have requested is temporarily unavailable.please try again later" and when we call on custmer care,it always shows network busy. therefore,my balance is reducing every month unnecessary.you are requested to take action against it thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir/Madam,
my mobile no. Is [protected]. My problem is this no. Activated sms value pack rs.39. And renewed 1 month.
That's deactivate packs send sms "deact sms39" to 53739 and reply to company "over retried". Between customer no. 198 and *333 but no response only ans "all channel this rout busy" & I get totally disturb from reliance service
please sir/Madam my help me my phone service deact.
