Reliance Smart — Unwanted message and calls

I have been using Reliance Smart for several years. I had made complaint to nodal officer at Ranchi through mail to stop calls and messages from Reliance, but no avail. I have become fade up by company's autoamated phone calls disturbing my peace. I dont need the ad messages too. Please stop these for God's shake.
