[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — Misleading Information and Faulty service which leads to loss o[censored]nlimited Talk time with Loss of Rs. 108 Balance | |
Dear Sir, We have a reliance CDM No. [protected], on 15th of May, 2009 we recharged the same with 249 Rs recharge which gives facility of 1 Month Unlimited talk time within Gujarat from RIM to RIM ( Reliance CDMA Mobile) Now suddenly on 19th May, 2009 night the outgoing and incoming facility on the same phone (Sim) cut off and on complaining to customer care they said as it was not recharged with 200 Rs recharge which is required for Lifetime card but actually it is recharged with 249 Rs recharge voucher. So customer care told you please recharge with 97 Life time recharge voucher we did so but we lost the unlimited RIM to RIM ( Within Gujarat) without prior information and because of it we lost almost 108 Rs talk time. Please Help us to revive the unlimited facility RIM to RIM ( Within Gujarat) and Gaining 108 Rs Back which lost due to their Misguidance and Service.
