[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — exorbitant, unethical, unlawful billing and harassment practices to the consumers by the RCOM | |||
Dear Sir, We were receiving telecom services of RCOM under group users for our business activity from May 2012 to Jan 2013. We have specifically intimated about restricting to activate any extra service without our written request and we will not pay for any such activation. Unfortunately additional charges were included to us. They charged regularly the Value Added Services like Love tips, W18bolly, Merawala Gana, Net Usage, R-World and many more. They abruptly disconnected the services of all my group numbers despite I regularly paid the monthly bill with in time for and up to Aug 2012. We would like to bring facts about exorbitant, unethical, unlawful billing and harassment practices to the consumers by the RCOM i.e Telecom service provider. We have communicated several times about defective charges and wrong billing. Our communication was purposefully remained without any reply to us. After our continuous follow up RCOM accepted that they have wrongly included charges in the bill amount.Mean the while all of a sudden services were discontinued neglecting my calls and contacts in person with RCOM. This has caused huge losses to our company. Ultimately I was forced to have alternate arrangement for my group users. Sir you are aware to have activation of group users needs lot many formalities and minimum time period to have new facility. Now company claims the bill for the period for which no services were utilized. Scrapping of services was intimated to RCOM. Now persons from Reliance Company are frequently harassing for bill payment. I have already paid the extra bill amount to Reliance. Now RCOM is harassing us for payment o[censored]nlawful, illegal so called dues. This is not only wasting my time but causing my reputation. I earnestly request you to look into the matter being supreme authority in the matter and give me justice and penalize RCOM for defective services. Thanking You. on 20th september 2011 reliance gsm service provider deducted 19 rupees from my account in name of sms pack activation but neither the service was activated nor my money was returned, when i complained they said it was returned but the truth is it is not returned yet and now they say that they will not return my money at any cost my last complain no. is[protected]

Reliance Telecom — forceful activation of add-on services including sms pack
my mom has been using the reliance cdma no([protected]) for the last 6-7 years.the company is forcefully activating the add-on services every month and are deducting the balance for last more than one year.
they are activating the sms pack again and again.
i had tried to stop the service many no. of times, but in no vein.
i want the money back...at any condition....and stop forcefully activating the services...

HiI'm a customer of Reliance GSM service, with number [protected],
I wanted to tell you that earlier this month i cancelled all my value added services, but again now they have renewed this service as CRBT and one more, which i have deactivated, and have deducted 30rs twice this month.
Please dont renew any of your services again, please refund my money.

Reliance Telecom — unnecessary & irrelevant balance deduction
sir i have reliance connection no. [protected] and i am using using this no since 6 months and every month i recharge Rs 599 plan with free reliance to reliance calling (both STD and LOCAL) with 30 min extra to other network, but the company has charged me unnecessary and deduct my balance from Rs 50 to Rs 0 without considering my 30 free min. to other mobile. its not one time, they have done to many other colleagues of mine and several times. i am fed up of this network please do something. its such a horrible connection.... My balance got deducted and i got the message that a funny caller tune has been subscribed on my number which I never asked for.This is not just now but happened earlier as well and to this the customer care says that they can not give my balance back.What do I take it as...horrible

My mobile number is +91 [protected]...On my mobile unnecessarily Bikini rich Alert Service is Sunscribed from wap.mauj.com.....Everyday I get message like YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED FOR BIKINIRICHALERT 3DAY FREE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE....and it is costing me Rs.5/- on Dailly basis.....I want to unsubscribe this service but am not able to do frm my mobile.... So please Unsubscribe this service from my mobile imediately....

I am not open the site. i call to your customer care and ask them about that detail. they unable to give any details. i request them to give a complain number. also they do not give any complain no.
