Dear Sir/Madam I sadhana Banerjee is the customer of reliance land line .i am situated in Durgapur (Burdwan-West Bengal) .My service centre is situated in City Centre Durgapur .My no is [protected] .I have informed them several times that my telephone no is not working due to its charger &battery .But they have not taken any initiative regarding this .This case is pending for about 4 months .Thats why i haven't paid last bill amount as because i couldn't any contact to anybody due to Company's bad service & it is very painful to me .
