Money deducted for no reason

I have disconnected my Mobile TV service on dated 13-7-2011 against the complaint launched on 9-7-2011. No again they have activated my service without information and deducted 70 Rs. form my balance. I have called the customer care for the information regarding it. They have accepted there mistake but not ready to refund my money.
So, i want you to please look in this matter and take action as soon as possible.

Again deducted 40 Rs. today please stop this and give my all money back today it was reached 110 Rs.
To RCOM Care,
the mobile tv subsription charges are still getting deducted from my account balance, every week I m complaining to CC they cant back my money still the mobile tv is getting suscribed every week itself without any attempt to use it from my side so unsubscribe it and credit back the money.
