Renault — False assurance

Recently i purchased Renault Scala..

and to my surprise Car was full of defects and spare parts were missing
Had informed Roharsh Motors (Baner) abt the defects. They took the car and it was returned wid new defects and faulty workmanship.

Before Purchasing Sales Executive had promised they have Pick-up drop service for car servicing and now wen the time has come for the servicing they are bluntly refusing.

We are very disappointed by the attitude of sales executive of Roharsh Motors.

Yes a new schedule was arranged and they took my car on 26/07/2013

they did a good work on the brakes but they informed me that rear window panel which was jerking is a defect from the company itself and all Scala cars have the same problem.

The driver side door which was not locking is also a defect from the company.

There is a visible screw hole on driver side door which looks pathetic now to add more there is a new scratches on my car now.

All this was told to your executive which handed the car to me after servicing. I have also mentioned these remarks on the job card number- 1403.

Can i get a car without any defects????

Is this a Joke Renault India? I have just booked Scala with Roharsh. If this is the case then I will go ahead cancel by booking.
They have made a big joke. Their customer care keeps calling up and they promise to repair everytime but Roharsh Motors never calls up.
Its been close to 2 months and i have given up the hope of repairs.

Will never buy their car again and specially with roharsh motors.

I do agree with that, I bought a Scala in December 2014 from Roharsh baner and now I am regretting my decision.

I have had many issues with them and seem like they have a number of people working there who does not what a customer wants.

1. I booked my Scala Rxl Diesel in 15th Dec 2014 that was set to deliver on 15th Jan 2015. I got the car on 15th with missing promised accessories and they promised it will be given in 2 weeks and after two weeks their staff asked me a favor not to demand it as they can not give it else it will have to come from their pocket so I have to be kind and have to forget about my accessories, then the car had some paint defects and sales person begged me to fix those defects in next service so that I don't refuse the delivery, the biggest mistake I did I took delivery and now its been 4 months, on first service the paint defect was not fixed even they introduced new damage to my car, they rubbed it from where there the defect were and now shine have gone away from those parts after taking this issue to Renault India they got ready to do it and now I am without my car from a week and today after a week on 9th April 2015 when some one came to deliver my car it have introduced new thing there were hail damage kind of spots all over and I refused to take the delivery.

Earlier to this, when I have seen damage to my car there workshop person Mr Prakash Pawar refused to take any responsibility he even said I didnot even touched your car you may have got all of this damage outside and blaming on them.. how rude and funny it was, how. can someone damage their own car .


and now the worst part I have got from This dealer is, I bought my car in december sale promotion and I have clearly asked them that my car should not be manufactured earlier than october 2014 and they have promised verbally the same...

and they hide this fact from me till the date I get my RC from RTO where the date was mentioned as Manufactured ni Feb 2014.

now they are trying to convince me that Month does not matter only year of make matter and at one point they even said month ven don't appear on RC book.

now I am in talk with Renault I don't know what is going to happen with this and with dealer but I thought to make people aware on this and to be aware from this dealer, better don't go to them as they don't care they think a customer once bought a car can not impact their business. if they knew how to do a fair deal they could have come up with an apology and a compensation offer.


I will update this thread once I get final detaisl on my issue so that people will be aware what and how things happened with me.

I am too a victim of this by Roharsh. I was sold a car manufactured a car in Jan 15 with a lot of defects. Been 3 months now and I have taken the car twice for the same issues and newer issues with passing time. They have a really bad after sales service. They are just interested in selling cars. Unfortunately, although a good car, I have been handed a piece of junk and to drive it every day. Its just is so frustrating that one has to deal with such incompetence. I will not let this matter go. I had taken my car 10 days ago after launching a complaint with Renault India. It looks like they too are not interested in asking if the issues have been resolved. Besides, all the survey call I get, I have given a very strong negative feedback. How come they do not even pay heed to that? Any recommendations of who I can approach to have my issues resolved

I booked Renault KWID on the 22nd April and Sales Person promised me for delivery on or before 10th May, then I waited for long then on the 24th May, Roharsh Motors delivered my car with full of defects in which Brakes were not working properly, Number plate fallen down while driving, AC s not cooling, and after a week of driving more problems of defects started like Indicators, Hazard not working, key central lock not working, and many things, I contacted in same day to sales person, however noone came on the same day, I am really frustrated and disappointed from services of Roharsh Motors. NoOne is helping here and fooling customers from their false promises.
