Research in motion / blackberry bold II - Problem in new purchased product

Hi,

This is regd my newly purchased blackberry bold 2 three months ago. Here within few months of purchase I started facing problem in the connectivity and moreover complete phone body color has worn out. And now it totally looks worse than a second hand phone.

When i visited service centre to lodge complaint, I was informed it will take minimum ten days to get this rectified and with no surety. I am surprised on such kind of response after spending INR 21 K.

Would request if someone can take this up and try to help me out here.
