Resident — OVER BILL PER MONTH

i am start ted Broad Bank Connection 2 nd September ''08 in plan is Rs. 125 per month 1 st month bill received for Rs. 154 incl monthly rate second month Rs. 1345 and last Month Bill Rs. 1508 i am used only half hours per day maximum 20 days per month this my second complain i am cancelled my brod band connectin

I have got new meter of electric in my railway colony MSRB 2.5/1 at juinagar sector 22 in july 2008. but bill for this meter not sending by msed. I have complaint so many time for it . i m going every month to complaint about it . i ;am very harassment please help me
