[Resolved] Residential Flat — Defective walls | |||
Respected Sir/ Madam, This is for your kind information and for your kind guidance to me about the subject mentioned above. The detail of complain is as follows:- My self Kali Krishna Bhattacharya, resident of Gitanjali Apartment,, Flat No. - F-1,, 52 Arabinda Nagar,, 37/52 Naktala Road,, Kolkata - 700047. The said flat I have purchased/ registered in my name on 04.03.2011, and takes actual possession on 24.04.2011. From 24.04.2011 the flat comes in occupancy by us. Now the context of the complain is that, it is comes into notice that the walls of bathroom gets dampened very quickly, the paints getting detached from walls in various places, the effected zones appears with white shades, spreads about 4 feet height, the matter has been conveyed to the owner of the land and the developer also in early in July 2012. Information given to owner Sh. Bivas Deb residing in the same premises, Sh. Subhas Deb, residing in the nearby locality, as because I have purchased the flat from owner's allocation. The matter has also informed to developer. Both of them given assurence that they will do the necessary repair work, for which I need not to bear any cost. In this context, Sh. Bivas Deb, inspected the defective walls assured me for accomplising the job jointly with developer, In this way already Six month has been over, but they do nothing. from the notice of damp, I have contacted several time to both owners and developer, both of them every time told that very soon mason will come and the work will done in correct mannar. But now, I did try to call developer several time, but he is not answaring with your phone, and owner opeined that he is unable to do the job if developer not takes active part. I view of above, I am seeking your help to resolve the matter. Who is responsible to carry out the work. Please suggest me as erly as possible.
