[Resolved]  Residential plot in Chikkathogur of Electronic city,Bangalore — Cheating by selling agriculture land as residential property by the GPA Holder and again the original owner sell the same property to other person.

Dear Sir,I have purchased in 2001 a plot no.2 measuring 40 feetX30 feet in Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara layout,Survey no.66 at Chikkathogur ,Begur hobli,Thogur panchayat,Bangalore.The owner of the above land was Sri M.Krishna reddy and others who has executed General Power of attorney in favour of sri K.Srinivasa prasad s/o late K.Kashipathi,residing near shanti apartments,Shanti road,Santi nagar,Bangalore-27.
The above property has been sold (By executing sale deed)to us without diversion by sri K.Srinivasa prasad s/o late K.Kashipathi,residing near shanti apartments,Shanti road,Santi nagar,Bangalore-27.Since then the above land is under our possession and we are paying the revenue tax.The property got good appriciation and it become Bangalore Mahanagari Palika corporation .
But,in 2006,the owner of the above land Sri M.Krishna reddy and others again sold to one Sri G.A.Gregory,residing at Begur village of Bangulore,karnataka.
When we approached Sri M.Krishna reddy , K.Srinivasa prasad and G.A.Gregory for justice and pleading that the land belongs to us because the GPA holder has valid GPA at the time of registration,Land is in our possession and uptodate tax also paidt etc.The above group of people headed by Sri K.Srinivasa prasad cheated and given us life treatments if we are not accepted the prices offered by them.All most all except a few accepted very limited prices and handed over to them.The value of the proerty is about Rs.2000 per Sq.feet but they have offering and paid about Rs.200 per sq.feet.At present we are living in a rented house and We have lost only one residential property due to cheating of the above group of people.The following charges are levelled against them for immediate legal action.
1. sale of same property two times by the same owner Sri M.Krishna reddy even after giving GPA over the same property
2.sale of agricultural property as residential site to us by Sri K.Srinivasa prasad
3.Not holding responsibility as per the provisions of the sale deed executed by Sri K.Srinivasa prasad
4.Life treatment given to us by Sri M.Krishna reddy , K.Srinivasa prasad and G.A.Gregory .
5.Offering about Rs.200 per Sq.feet insteated of equivelent market price to us and grabbing the property from us .
6.Cheating us by a group of people.
7.Earning lot of money illegally by cheating the inocent public.
8.Possessing lot of black money/cash/illegal gold/Dimands in diifferent states ie Mumbai,Tamilnadu,Karnataka etc.
We came to know that K.Srinivasa prasad earned lot of money without making IT and Keeping lot of black money with him.
Keeping the above facts we are requesting the concerned authority to hold an enquiry after sending e.mail to us so that we will provide all the required documentary evidences to the enquiring authority and also kindly caution the public not purchase any type of property from K.Srinivasa prasad who is developing residential property in tamilnadu,karnataka and maharashtra states.

Agriculture Land — Seller is denying from Registration

My Parents has bought a piece of land (12 bissa) around 6 years ago. Sellers of the land has signed on the stamp paper but registration could not be done at that time. Now he is selling the same land to some other party and not getting ready for the registration with us. He is saying that I'll get ready if you pay the present cost while we have paid him the cost which was there at that time.
