A number of residential houses in Mayur Vihar Phase I is being used for commercial purposes. Houses in Pocket - 2 Mayur Vihar Phase I (405 - B, 405 F) have unauthorized construction and given the constructed portion on rent for more than Rs.5000/- a month. The construction on the top floors are so much that the the people in ground floor are unable to get even the natural sunlight. I am very sure that the building will not be able to sustain the pressure for long period and chances of collapsing are very high. I am very sure the MCD, DDA and local police are aware about this as it is very difficult to miss the stretch of the the flats. I want to know what Mr. S.K Midda is doing to protect the people staying in the ground floor. These type of constructions are just a way harassing, harming the life's of people. While one pays and adheres to the tax laws of the state, many use their residential property for commercial business and flourish. I want strict action to be taken as I am a tax payer but see no benefit for the same.
