Reward Port — Non Payment of Cash back as per commitment
I Shashi kant Kedia of C-201, Premier Grihalaxmi Apartment , S M Road , Peenya, bangalore-560015, have purchased an Mobile Hand Set model No. "NOKIA N-97 Mini" from M/s Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. on Dt. 22nd August,2010 vide Bill No. #0076 which was subsequently replaced due to model defect on 24th August,2010 vide Bill No.#0004.
Product was sold to me with an offer of 10% Cash back Coupons to be realized from "Reward Port" B-901,Fairlink Center, Monginis Lane Off New Link Road, Andheri (West),Mumbai-400053. Tel.022 26747400.
I have sent all the cash back Coupons along with Original Invoices as mentioned above and Claim Form on 24th August,2010 via Speed Post( received by Reward port on 26th August,2010).
The Cash back Cheque should be sent to me with in 4 working weeks as agreed by " Reward Port".
Repeated reminders to " Reward Port" over phone, I have still not received the "Cash back Cheque " after lapse of approximate 9-10 weeks from the date of purchased.
You are requested to please look in the matter.
