I ordered flowers with www.japanfloristshop.com recently, and was billed to Right Florist Pvt. Ltd. I had NO PROBLEMS at all with this company, and they delivered the flowers in Tokyo, Japan on time and the product matches the description on the website. I believe they have many websites because they do deliver to many different countries. I had a great experience with them, and will use them again in the future.

My in-laws in England wanted to send my husband and i a love Christmas gift. They ordered it form GiftflowersUSA.com or Right Florist PVT. The gift they ordered cost 170.00 these are not rich people. We did receive a gift from Wine Country Gift Baskets, Buena Park, CA USA. The gift is nothing like they ordered us costing 1/2 price originally spent. I have tried to email this Right Florist several times with no response. He must be stopped, how can we stop him. I do have a name it is Rajesh Kumar Rathi..
They are swindler, I ordered the gift basket to Italy. But my friend received nothing finally. what a company. They ONLY RESPONE IN ORDER STATUS, WHEN FINISHED PAYMENT, NO MORE RESPONE. AND I STILL CAN'T GET BACK MY $$$ NOW. They are the worst company in this world.

I have ordered flowers and gift baskets from www.thejapanflorist.com a few times and had no problems so far. The site offers a vast variety of flowers and gifts compared to other sites offering delivery in Japan. Credit card payments are taken by Moneybookers.com. Some complaints I have is technical issues with how orders are made and slow response to email queries. Other than that I am satisfied with the service for the Japanese site. It looks like there are problems in delivery for other countries.
They delivered the flowers but the flowers were nothing like the picture on their website. I am so upset. Beware-false advertisement.
I bought flower for mother-in-law on 11 May 2014, however she hasn't got any flower in time till to now. I sent msg to their website, then they replied me on 13 May finally after I informed then I already reported this case to Japan Police Station. They said 'the order was delivered'. I asked them to provide the delivery proof with our signature. They replied will do, however they took my money via Skrill payment gateway (Money Bookers) but still can't provide any evidence.
We already provide their website information and company name to Credit Card Centre and now under investigation!

This company is totally fraud I believe.I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to India and they sent a bad cake which was inedible and one of my relatives had vomiting after eating it. After we complain they say they need a photo of the cake.I mean what would you find from photo of the cake???The customer service team is absolutely arrogant and irresponsible.I would say stay away from this company !!!
My father sent my husband and me a 112 Euro flowers plus chocolates gift (from India to Germany). The Right Florists forwarded the order to Flora Prima in Germany for an order worth 19.95 Euros.
In the Right Florists' site, the box of chocolates was worth 50 Euros (and the flowers 62 Euros), but the delivered chocolates were a small packet worth 3.9 euros (price tag was on the bottom of the packet)

I ordered a Birthday cake and flowers for my elderly father through Right Florist's website and received extremely poor service. I would request everyone with a similar experience to post the reviews on Google as well. Their website claims to have branches all over India and overseas and is an elaborate scam. They have registered multiple websites with city names both in India and overseas appearing as if they have a huge nexus.
To start off, I had issues with their payment gateway which was not easy to navigate and had to call and confirm with their office (Call Centre) to ensure payment was received. The two tel attendants a male and female duo, that I spoke to were rude and informed me that I would have to call back again in 30 mts so they could verify the same in their system. I called back later to confirm receipt and one of them hung up on me before I finished speaking!
On delivery day, I called their office again at around 5pm IST to find out why there was a delay, as I had left notes requesting for the items to be delivered before 4pm. The impolite staff I spoke to was quick to point out that they do not guarantee a delivery time and the best they could do was deliver it before 8pm!! The reason I chose Right florist in the first place was because they claimed to have a branch in Thiruvananthapuram and after reading the flowery words on their website, hoped that the gifts would be delivered promptly at a reasonable time during the day!! I did not receive a confirmation email indicating when the gifts were delivered.
In the end, I had to call my father and request that he stay awake for his 'Surprise' to arrive which he got to see a few minutes before going to sleep. I received a pic of the cake and the flowers the next day and it looked nothing like the pictures displayed on their website. My father received a pineapple cake with no pineapples and a bunch of flowers that were far from fresh.
If you really do not care about customer service and would be content with poor quality cakes and flowers reaching before midnight, give these guys a try.

I have ordered one cake from rightflorist.in for mother's day to Delhi and it has not delivered. The number shows everywhere is kept switched off or unreachable when I called again and again to know about the status of the order. This is quit disappointing and unprofessional behavior and I think I dealt with some roadside shop dealers who just created there website to cheat people. But this time it will not work.I have got email in evening at 5 Pm sorry we can not deliver the item at this location due to bla bla. What a unprofessional behavior. This would be surely going over the internet and consumer court along with the whatsapp conversation that I have as a proof. For me this is undelivered even if the cake get delivers tomorrow as there would no purpose of giving gift someone if the occasion is stale. Do not order anything from this website as these guys are cheater and unethical. This is not about the money its about the emotions and feelings which someone shares on the auspicious occasions and these kind of impostors play with the emotions of innocent people. I will soon lodge a complaint against these impostors.
