Here I WARN ALL CONSUMMERS DON"T DEAL WITH THIS RIGHT FLORIST COMPANY!!! They are fradulent!!! BE CAREFUL, this company is trading in all name such as Singapore Florist Shop, USA Florist Shop... If you search with the nobody-answers-at-all phone number [protected] in Google you will find a bunch of different websites. I ordered some flowers and gifts for my sis in HK 1 week prior to her birthday. When I realised the company also traded in the name 'HongKong Florist Shop' actully located in India, I had a very unsecure feeling and I started calling them to confirm my order, however, no body answered the phone at all 24hours from weekdays to weekends. The only contact I got from this company is a guy called Kenneth asking me the recipient's address in English the day after my order (I put Chinese the first time which they can't read), and I replyed the email immidiately which was also confirmed by Kenneth. However, 4 days after my sis' birthday, NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED. I sent email requested a refund, Kenneth firstly said he would do a fully refund, but then the next email he said the gifts have been delivered already, which is a lier, nothing has been delivered. It's not high season, and give them 1 week lead time, what esle excuse do they have? I called Worldpay, however they don't deal with shoppers. I feel robbed but I can do nothing to protect my rights. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED ITEMS FROM HONGKONGFLORISTSHOP.COM AND MY GOODS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I SENT NUMEROUS E.MAILS AND NO ANSWER FOR 5 DAYS. MY TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH [protected]@vsnl.net. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

This is a fraud company. Please donot go to right florist ever. They have cheated me. These people took Rs.1000 for a Bouquet of 20 roses and a cake. They delivered 2 days late and told that they had earlier dispatched to someone else. they gave unfresh flowers and cake worth not more than 75Rs.

I ordered and paid for flowers from Right Florists but these have not turned up, despite being due to be delivered 2 days ago. They have taken payment of £44, and have not replied to e mails, they do not answer phone calls, and their web site contact page does not workTransaction for the value of: GBP 44.88

I wish I had seen this website two wks ago. Money taken & no flowers delivered to Hong Kong. I was sent an email asking for contact no. & heard nothing since despite numerous emails!!! Their tel. no. given on invoice is a wrong number & no number on email to contact them!!!

I just got scammed also, through http://www.hongkongfloristshop.com. I can't believe how unethical people can be.
Sorry, I take it back. My order through http://www.hongkongfloristshop.com was actually delivered! The merchant was Right Florist Pvt. Ltd.
I would say they had extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, and did not adhere to my timelines, but at least it was delivered.

It's too late for me to find out this forum. I've just been found that the order I made didn't delivery right. I paid for flowers, chocklate and a bottle of wine but the bollte of wine has never been delivered. There is no communications, confirmation or any information for whatsoever. Very disappointed.
Really fraudulent company. Didn't deliver the flowers ordered. Customer care number is non reachable. Customer care executives are super rude and not helpful at all. Any suggestions on how I can get my money back?
It is unfortunate I had been scammed before reading this! Like all the complainants here my flowers and gift were never delivered and they claimed the address was incorrect but offered to send again if I paid 1/2 of the product price again. Such scammers! When I confronted them, they never replied.
