RMOS Service Provider is one of the crook companies sitting in gurgaon. beware of it guys. The are calling nearly 30-40 students for the interview , i guess. The employers sitting there , even don't know how to behave. I went there and talked to the receptionist. She asked me that for which category you came ? ASP.net or c/C++.
I told her that I came for java and it is written in the email sent by you.
First she was surprised but than she said ok. She was just sitting there and exploiting the poor watchmen there. when ever the phone was ringing, the watch man has to come from the door and than he will pick the phone and give to her, after that she was talking on the phone. This was like you want to humiliate the watchman so badly. it was really horrible.
After that they called me inside and I went with a girl. She took me to the small desk, A girl was already sitting there. She asked me to sit and I sat there after saying thanks to her. After that the real drama of an illiterate egoistic and arrogant girl. She asked me just one question.
She said
you didn't wished me ?
you didn't asked me for chair ?
you are not in formal dress ?
This was really socking suddenly lol. I just said, i was not expecting this. and luckily my phone rang !!!!!
hurray ..........
she said go out and i came back and never went back in that zoo again lol.
So i am saying to all other job seekers that not everyone is as lucky as me lol. never go there.
I must answer that arrogant girl through this complain box .
1. I didn't know you so why should I wish you ? I came there on your invitation (interview email). so it was your duty to make me familiar of the situation and than start the conversation politely, not mine.
2. I think you have some problem in your brain. when you asked me to sit , than only i sat there. i said thanks after that.
3. Not even a single person was sitting in the formal dress there. If you are working in the professional world , you should also knew that the uniform pattern comes from the higher to lower level. so it was your duty to sit in the formal and than asks other people to come in formal and if you are not that much educated than I must clear you that there is formal dress for the ladies too. Moreover, I went there for the interview of computers, in computers department jeans and shirt are counted in the formal but no where in the world, jeans and shirt can be included in the formal if you are sitting in the HR department !!!!!
So this was my whole experience there. It was like a bad dream so it is better that i forget it. I just wrote this to make other aware about the place.
