Anything that is officially authorized, permitted by law and is official is considered to be legal. Any governing body, given in a specific area defines the legality of any business in a certain area or region.
Now, what is business? An activity or enterprise that is built in order to profit is business in its entirety. How do you know when the business is legally conducted? Is RMP business a legal business? These questions are bound to crop up when one is intending to join the RMP Infotec MLM.
From the definition of legal and business, we can say that a legal business is duly entered into with sufficient legal permits, conducted and is regulated by the governing laws in that specific region.
RMP Infotec Prvt. Ltd. is duly licensed and is legally permitted by law to operate in the manner intended by its associates. It has been operating for more than 5 years. It has genuinely helped a number of individuals who are now successful distributors. There are various individuals who can attest to the authenticity and legality of RMP business. The ignorance of people is suprising. I had gone to the RMP meeting and it is a joke.
Some Facts.
RMP is only a associate member of FICCI.
Show me one third party site or a news site that shows abilash johnson is infact asias youngest millionaire. All are youtube of blog links created by individuals.
Ask the presenters to show their orginal bank accounts with 50000 or 1, 00, 000 as payments they will only show you RMP cover letters showing payments made.
The fundamental business model is flawed.
The distributors will force you to buy not one but about 7 or 10 products and create nodes.
This model means it is not the product they are selling but essentially a pyramid scheme.
The products are questionable. Finally if your end product cannot be sold as a consumable it will never work.
You buy the product so that you can make others buy and make your cut. It is not as easy as it sounds. You will irritate all your contacts and friends by pestering them.
Yes all this probably falls under what you could say is legal, but I it doesn't look ethical to me and i can assure only the people in top can make money
Ultimately this model cannot make money for everyone. With Ecommerce and the internet you are better off selling it directly. MLM would have been useful in the older days when communication was difficult.
Invest you money wisely guys, even the stock market with its ups and downs is far more ethical way to put your hard earned money and time.

RMP - Could be legal, Could be great for some one, But for majority of people - "Its a trap". Its a trap for near and dears. One person who joins always dreams to earn lakhs in it - they reach out to very near and dear like brother, uncle, aunt and closest friend. Then try to convince them etc... Then they will start placing pressure on them to do the same. Some do but majority of people become dead cells.
One thing is sure, if an RMP'ian try to convinece 10 people - only 1 comes.
and out of 100 people in RMP only 10 try to put efforts to make their own members and out of that only 1% succeed.
I did RMP for an year and feel really sad for those 100 people who joined my team. i tried my level best to make them trained, etc etc...but at last when they started disconnected my calls, started avoiding me...i got to know that credibility getting lost. I STOPPED IT THEN.
I know some people over here will disagree here with me "I dont care". But inside this is hard truth of RMP. If you can talk to 100 of people, you can follow them up for joining, post that you can run behind them to do the same and let them join many people then you are made for this business.
People who say, I am earning Partime and doing great, if you see their team - they would be having couple of FULL TIMERS inside their team.

These RMP supporters are like zombies, they keep muttering their propaganda without answering any specific questions.
If you are 50-50 about RMP, then stay away from the RMP office . They for sure will brainwash you. and make you invest 1 lakh.
Since my uncle is in this RMP, for his sake i had to go this RMP Green city, He had readied the DD that had to be given. When we saw the land and its location we were shocked. It was dry and barren land, very very very far away from any civilization. maybe it will be worth 5000 they were selling it for 48000
My uncle though in RMP cancelled his DD.
Do your own research, see how MLM as a buiness model has failed. except MLM companies no one else supports MLM business model.

I real all the comments and try to think on it. Now I want to questions all of RMPians who r actively working with their teams. I joined this before more than 1 year. I joined 3 people on my downline. But now what happened is that none of my downlines are working. i tried to get more people and meet them with my leaders who are my upline and make money on this. But they fail to convince the people. Now please guide me what should I do. How i continue becoz my big problem is that now I wont have any relative or friend whom I introduce with my leaders.
Please suggest me what I do. Request to all RMPians who active and make money.

DURING JOINING I WAS SO SPIRIT TO BUILD UP THIS BUSINESS.
