dont know who they are.was not authorized to charge 1.00 from my acct

I cannot verify the charge from RN*Real.com since I have no idea who they are. The charge is $14.99, and I would like to know who they are.

EVERYBODY WHO IS ON THIS SITE...THESE SCAMMERS STOLE FROM ME TOO.

PLEASE GO ON TO REALPLAYER.COM, SCROLL DOWN TO THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND IN TINY WRITING IT WILL READ "MY ACCOUNT." LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT. CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
YOU HAVE ACCESS UNTIL THE END OF THE BILLING PERIOD.
