collecting money as RD & FD rose vally chain marketing system is a corporate agent of LIC of India but they collect money as RD & FD and the fund use in their own business, my question is 1. if the company faliure who will responsible to pay my maturity amount 2. what is the present rating of the company what is your suggession, how much safe i am in the company as a invester... The maturity period has been completed on 30th April 2012, but till date I have not received the Buy back amount of Rs. 12, 800.00 from Aalo Br. The Br. Manager (Mr. Sanjay Sama) block my maturity no any matter.

i want to clear my doubt about the company, that i heard that the company is running from last 1 7 years but when i tells this to the customer they compare rose valley with the janpriya which is served for 20 years and decided to close. if the same position comes to rose valley who will pay the customers money and how.because as a agent i am always in risk because people knows me as a rose valley agent. so please clear my doubts as soon as possible to give a big business to the big company, .

Rose Vally is nothing but a well established Chit fund...their projects are not at all lucrative. If a resolution get passed stopping these companies to take money from innocent people Company like Rose Vally wont be able to give the money back...There is another company named ACME TOURISM DEVELOPMENT LIMITED all chairman and a director Mr Rajsekhar Panda both are big flat as they have tendency to go abroad taking all the money. Beware of this company.. I was one of the directors of the company and left it because of those two chit and dont want to be responsible for anything wrong.. My contact no is [protected]

1) your buyers are not genuine buyer after speaking on phone they give very nice response till they receive the quotations from suppliers
2) As they receive the quotation they keep on speaking like technical discussion is going on i ll let u know.
3) After week time answer is dad or sir is out of station he will come soon and let you know,
4) your quotation is to high compare to other manufacturer
5) Then any other person pick that phone saying wrong number
6) this type of stories take places up to 6 month
7) keep on calling various types of excuses can heard by your buyers
8) After some time its come to know that we have dropped the project
9) We have purchased second hand
10) Seems to know no guarantee of business achievement after paying 17,000/- to 18,000/- per year
11) Its a grand request please find out the way of assured business if you are charging to your clients

This is an illegal investment based company who is showing some licenses of LICI/GIC/DLF etc. and withdrawing money from the public; as long as I concern Rose Valley is not authorized by RBI or SEBI; they are doing illegal business. In near future when the company will have no profit, then the Chairman of RV or Directors' of RV will leave India to another country, why? because they will not be able to to repay any money of public.

RBI asks people not to invest in illegal finance companies
Udaipur (Tripura): The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Friday asked people in the northeast not to deposit money in unauthorised non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and institutions expecting hefty returns.

"People should not deposit their hard earned capitals in unauthorised and illegal NBFCs and institutions expecting of getting heavy returns. The people should also inform the RBI and the appropriate authorities on these NBFCs' acts and lodge complaints against the banking services, " B.B. Sangma, banking Ombudsman for northeastern states, told reporters.
Senior RBI official P.N. Murthy said 118 NBFCs were functioning in Tripura and none of them have registered with the RBI or any authorised bodies.
The Central bank officials were speaking to mediapersons on the sideline of a banking awareness programme at Udaipur in southern Tripura, 55 km south of Tripura capital Agartala.
They also asked people to lodge complaints and grievances, if any, about the services of any bank.
"The RBI has taken actions against huge number of complaints on ATM (Automated Teller Machine) and credit card frauds, fraudulent SMS (Short Messaging System) and e-mails, misdeed of NBFCs, " Sangma said.

Rose Valley is not Collecting RD FD, there is a different term they are used. i.e. Instalment and One time. No LIC is not Govt coy, It is Corpration. No Bank is there from the Govt ofIndia execpt RBI, SBI and others bank all tionalised Bank
