rose vally chain marketing system is a corporate agent of LIC of India but they collect money as RD & FD and the fund use in their own business, my question is 1. if the company faliure who will responsible to pay my maturity amount 2. what is the present rating of the company what is your suggession, how much safe i am in the company as a invester...

I AM A MIDDLE CLASS MAN.THE PRIVAT SECTOR IS INCREASING DAY BY DAY.ONE CO. GIVES SOME PERCENTAGE THEN OTHER CO.IS GIVING MORE THAN OR OTER CO GIVING MORE MORE THAN.IS IT SUFFICIANT PAPERS i.e.(MCA, ROC, ISO, PAN) THESE CO'S WHO HAS ABOVE PAPERS THEY ARE NOT CHEAT FUND? WHO GIVE ME THE ANSWERS OF THIS? ANYBODY PROVE ME HOW MUCH AMT.COLLECTED FORM THE FIELD AND HOW MUCH INVESTED? WHAT IS THE TOTAL PROFIT OF THE GROSS? SUPPOSE THE CO.HAVE COLLETED RS 100 CRORE AND THEY HAVE INVEST WITH BUSINES 25 CRORE (LIKE AS HOTELS) .HOW CAN I KNOW THE CO.IS GROWING OR DECREASING DAY BY DAY?
THEREFOR, A COMPAY IS GOING TO PROFIT IF THE CO .HAS STOPPED THE COLLECTION FROM THE FIELD UP TO LAST 5 YRS MINUMUM, ALSO MATURITY GIVEN THE PERMIOUS PARTY.

ROSE VALLEY IS A NON BANKING FINANCE COMPANY...IT IS NOT PERMITTED BY RBI TO ACCEPT PUBLIC DEPOSITS. 271 COMPANIES ARE PERMITTED AS NBFC TO COLLECT PUBLIC MONEY AS PER THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITe, as on 31.5.2012.

ROSE VALLEY DOESNOT FIGURE ON THE LIST. IT IS ILLEGALLY COLLECTING MONEY IN TRIPURA, ASSAM AND WEST BENGAL...PLEASE CHECK RBI LIST BY SURFING RBI WEBITE (http://rbi.org.in/scripts/BS_NBFCList.aspx)..


Find it yourself... Rose valley money collection from public is illegal and fraudulent...

IRDA has cancelled thier licence no.883899 on 9.3.12...by official order.Surf google and find it out.They cannot do insurance...

SEBI has banned Rose valley Resorts and plantations, Rose valley Real estate and Constructions policies. Their Hotel and entertainment membership Plans do not have any SEBI approval...it is illegal.

It has been declared by Assam Govt... as per version of Hon'ble Minsister on 30.3.12, as illegal, on the floor of Assam assembly.


Till 2003...It was operating also as Silver valley... It got liquidated in 2003... Directors of Silver valley and Rose valley were the same... kajol kundu died in accident??????? in Shillong.


Now Judge yourself how safe is Rose valley... Do not believe me...Please check official websites of RBI, SEBI, IRDA...

Rose valley says it is not regulated by RBI, Govt. of India, SEBI, IRDA or any State Govt. Finance Ministry ?

Supreme Court has upheld SEBI and dismissed Rose valley petition on 2.7.12. SEBI has banned rose valley from collecting public money in 2011... it also directed Rose valley not to launch any new scheme.

May i Publicly challenge Gautam Kundu, the self styled Chairman of Rose valley group of companies to tell all Indians :

1. Who is the market regulator for Rose valley ?

2. Are his Hotel and entertainment schemes approved by SEBI, IRDA, RBI or Ministry of Finance or even Register of Companies ?

3. Has he got RBI, SEBI, IRDA, Ministry of Finance permission to collect Public money ?

4. In case, his so called company liquidates or winds up, which authority will take responsibility of money to be refunded back? does he have even 1 paisa security deposit with any Govt.Deptt ?????



Even when bigger giant like Sahara has been asked by supreme court to refund Rs 27500 crore, what an unorganised company like Rose valley thinks? Can one gautam Kundu and his gang dupe 125 crores of indian people????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

rose valley is illegal in the sense that its collection of public money is not permitted by any statutory authority in india.


No nationalised bank will give you loan if you want to give rose valley policy as a collateral security... Everybody can try it out.


Carry a NSC ( National Savings Certificate ) and a rose valley policy to any nationalised bank like SBI, UBI, UCO etc... Apply for a loan... They will accept NSC certificate as a valid collateral... Rose valley policy will be rejected.

Now, decide yourself...What is genuine and what is fraud...
