Rose vally is a group their main business is real estate, they also the corporate agent of LIC of India, in this connection they collect money from market as RD & FD and invest in their main business, and giving invester the assurance of land like black listed company Golden Forest India Ltd. my question is if the comany faliure who will responsible to pay the maturity amount. and what is the future of the company, as per sebi guideline this type company must take rating from cristal, icra, but this company ?so, plz. send me mail if you have any experince like this company, or any experience in this company this will help to save money of some poor people in India. As far as the complaint the main aim is concerned, i do agree with the issue of getting the assurance of returning the sums so taken in the capitals of the company, who and how will be returned to investors.
Because, the fact is no one in the market is faithful now a days. All the people will know the field workers only and not the company as such too. So before selling oneself one should be well aware of this prime fact: how the company will return the invested sums to investors in case of any kind of bankcrupcy arises? What are the basic infrastructures of the company on its own have? What are the legal guarantees has the company with the government of india or the appropriate authorities that have to be first known to all.
