[Resolved]  Royal Enfield — Extended booking period

Upon reading the information available on the internet on the Royal Enfield official website I booked a Royal Enfield Classic 500 CC bike by paying a cash advance of Rs 20000/-.
The website promised a waiting period of 45 days.
When booking the bike I was told by the dealer that the waiting period could be extended upto 2 months.

Now when I called the dealer DHONE AUTOMOBILES i was told that the waiting period is of 3 months. I am going to pay 1.5Lakhs for the bike and this is what thay are telling me.

Can someone help me please.

my self shivam my royal enfield electra 350 purchased year 2007. In oct in an accident kluch cover DCI modle of my bike damaged and i find in all showroom in ranchi and jamshedpur but i did not get it if you are anable to make or supply the parts of bike so why are you make the bikes whose parts are not avilable in the market.

royal enfield c350 — poor quality of e-start

I purchased c-350 model on 1st august, 2011...i have complaint about its self starter...it is faulty and it cant work now, i complain about this problem to the showroom, adityamotors, rajkot, gujrat, and they refuse to solve it..just because of i dont take free services from them...

People who have booked the Classic 350, the waiting period is 10-12 months. If your dealer tells you otherwise, her's you.
For the Classic 500 or any other 500CC RE, the waiting period is 6-7 months.

sir, i am gopi i booked in 350cc royal en field bike last year.at show room ( The Legend Motors, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai) was not give in to bike i am waiting for 9 mouth, one mouth before he call me your bike ready to delivery but on the day he is not give .i am ready to pay the full money .
I am booked classic 350 black in kattupakkam arvindha showroom at03/01/2015 ...he Gave a time for 3 month...after i called the showroom again he egave me a time another one monnth..now 6 month came..now also iam waiting...in that showroom all of them leying...he simply repled me...unnala mudichatha pathukongpathukonga sir nu...
people are getting crazy about Bullet, but i think this dealer are keeping Bikes in there warehouse and charging more money then actual price for On the spot bike .. within 1 week ... like those who don't want to wait for 3-4 month they can give 30k-40k extra and take bike immediately. else wait till ur number coming ...
due to such behaviour from showroom people are now few people are moving towards other bike manufacturing company .

Sir I'm booking rayala enfield classic 350 period over 6 month in bangalor cvs motor palace ground I already paid amt 153000 but not delivered by bike I'm very bad feeling that cvs showroom plz kindly request plz delivery my bike
same is the case for me. I booked a RE himalayan in april start. The dealer said that i can definitely expect the bike by 1st week of may. when i called up in may start, they said that it may take a week or 2 more. I hadn't looked for the waiting time on my booking receipt until now (i know my mistake), but when i did it was written as 2 months (i was shocked). I called them again today, and now they are saying that waiting period will be 2 more months (that means a total of 3 months and a week). What's wrong with RE guys ?!? When will stop creating this false demand?
