[Resolved]  RPF — Complaint against RPF constable Naresh Kumar dahiya(Posted at Delhi cant railway Station)

Dear Sir,

We reside in Sagarpur area of new delhi with our family. My brother who is a student and preparing for bank exam has to leave for patna to take an exam so we had gone to railway reservation counter near delhi cant railway station at 4 o'clock on 5th June 2010,and was standing in Q outside the gate(main gate of reservation campus usually opens at 7:15 am). At 7 am two RPF constable,Naresh Kumar dahiya and one other, came and started lathicharge without any reason. Most surprising part of this incident is that they started lathicharge on those people who were standing in line(Q) but not on people standing aside of the Main gate.At least 25 people were injured and my brother was one of them. However he got the ticket but now he is not in a position to take the exam. With 4 or 5 injured people we have gone to RPF office at delhi cant railway station but no one accepted our complain against Naresh Kumar Dahiya.I don't know how a RPF personnel can do lathicharge without any reason.It is an example of complete misuse of power and uniform. We request you to kindly guide us on this issue and where we have to go for lodging a complaint against the person concerned.
