[Resolved] Rpfc Gurgaon — PF settlement-account PFHR/GGN/31205/053 | |||
I was an employee of Adidas Techincal services Pvt limited and my forms for settlement was duly submitted by my company in March 2012. However in May(AFTER MORE THAN 45 DAYS) my company was informed By RPFC that the bank account details submitted by me was incorrect as it was only a 6 digit account number(bank is RBS). In response I resend the scan of a cheque leaf(though a cancelled cheque was already submitted with the forms) as a proof of the validity of the account number. But the RPFC reverted saying that they will not accept This account number as valid and I need to provide a minimum 10 digit account which I again did. RPFC has now asked me to resubmit all forms with the new 10 digit account details. Its more than 60 days, since the submissions of forms the first time and my settlement has not been done and now after resubmission of new forms(done 1st June) it is expected to take another 45-60 days/ Please help me understand how does the government agency function and does not recognize bank accounts under 10 digit and why is it taking so long for the settlement with no clear direction from RPFC?
