[Resolved] RPFC Wazirpur New Delhi — EPF Withdrawl

Dear Sir/Mam, My PF No.is D/L 11965/94 I requested for refund of my PF. I left the organization( National Chest Institute) on[protected] I joined another organization ( North Point Hospital ) and left it in a year I have received my E.P.F contribution from the second organization but i have not got my E.P.F contribution from National Chest Institute A/C . I have applied for the refund of my contribution from national chest institute a/c but have got a reply from the E.P.F Office that they have sent it to the North Point Hospital A/C in which the number mentioned is wrong .my EPF A/C No. in North Point Hospital was DL /14501/564 WHILE you have replied that you have transfered my contribution to the EPF A/C No. DL /1450/564 WHICH IS WRONG I have to suffer pain and loss due to this error . it was deposited in PF office in aug But till date i have not rec the settlement amount

why is the system so slow the authorities are not responding to any consumers complaints the E P F is the employees money they have a right over it but due to lack of negligence of the authorities many people face a lot of difficulties, So i would like to request the authorities to be more considerate towards the consumers

I have already for my PF in first week of December 2009 but still i have not received any feedback from your side. I know normally it takes 45-60 days but its alerady 4 months. I am in very much pressure due to funds.

I have submitted PF width drawl form on 20th JAN 2010 at Wazirpur, but PF officials told me it is taking 45 days, but till date 12.04.2010 I am awaiting for it.

It is showing lazy work of Govt departments.

I have applied by courier for withdrawal of my provident fund from My PF a/c no. DL/25561/281 in 31th March.2010.However I have not received my PF Amount yet. Its been more than 15 Days since i applied it but i didnt get it yet and also there is no communication about the same.

I request you to please look into the matter at the earnest.
