[Resolved]  Rpo Bangalore — Passport not processed from July 09

I had applied for my mother's passport from Mysore. Application was dated 7/7/2009 and the file reference number being W18253209. I have not received any update on the same till date (Feb 2010). Last time in Dec 09 I was told that it has gone for commishoner's verification and will come soon. But when we checked in commishoner office it was sent back on 28th Dec 09. I have left number of messages to Grieviences IVR and there has been no response. I have sent at least 3 mails to [protected]@dataone.in till date and with notification enabled so that if anyone reads or opens my mail I should get a notification but in vain.

As a common man want to know if we can file any case against this and will any compensation be given for the same.
