RPO — passport enquiry not done

I have submitted my passport application in RPO bangalore on 12/10/2009. I have checked status on internet and its showing that file is not received from the police station yet. But when I checked my file in Whitefield police station, its not dispatched to that police station.
Please help me to find in which police station my passport enquiry file is dispatched. File No. F00801209. Address ECC Road Whitefield, Bangalore.
