Passport not Available- RPO Hyderabad — Passport not available after 4 months ??

This is regarding the passport application of my wife Mrs Mahua Chatterjee ( Reference no.: A027759, passport application date : 31st March'08)

I have made several Grievance reports ONLINE in this regard. From last two months, your online database was showing that police report was pending.

Last Friday..we went to your office personally..but was unable to meet you after waiting for 3 hrs & was totally frustrated. Also, now last Sunday (27th July'08)..we again had the Police verification done at Miyapur zone by Police Inspector Mr Parmaiyah (mobile : [protected]) as the previous police verification file has been lost. I have again submitted all the documents required for Police verification to Mr Parmaiyah.

Pls help me from RPO, Hyderabad:

* When RPO, Hyderabad office is going to despatch passport ?
* What are the actions your department is taking so that this kind of delays don't happen in future ?
* Is there any specific timeframe for obtaining passport for Normal category ?

The inordinate delay caused in isuance of passports under General category is primarily due to the negative attitude of the employes of RPO, Hyderabad. This is primarily due to the steps taken by the present pasport officer to ensure corruption free passport issuing mechanism.Unfortunately, the innocent people are to suffer.

i applied for passport along with my two daughters and myself and my daughter got our passport and my younger daughters passport is still pending. in spite of my repeated visits to ur office and providng all the information it is till hanging. rpo authorities says that they did not receive police verification, but according to police authorities they sent the clearance certificate during 9th or april it self and it is clearly seen on their site also. After receiving the information i gave a copy of all the information in the enquiry counter but still no improvement. we are so desperate and need our ppt as soon as possible. i'm not asking u to go out of the way, if every thing is ok why u r taking such a long time in sending and even alloting a ppt. sir i request u to take swift action in clearing my daughters ppt.

As per net information, Police Reoort not yet received by RPO-Hyderabad.
Already 10 days have past sincePolice verification conducted.

Passport office Hyderabad — IN SPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS NO FURTHER RESPONSE.

SIR,
I shaikh mohammed mujeeb,FILE NO HYD A004451/2010.Applied for passport on[protected].My status message cited has a message that mentions that passport is ready .This is seen from[protected].Further no action is been taken this is been already brought to the notice of higher officials on this consumer complaint site.It seems that no passport official is interested in paying attention to the complainants,If thing go at a snail's speed then our concerns are ill treated as the officials have no interests in responding them.Moreover this has become a common problem for almost all its applicants? Then it is better to shut the office completely than functioning a state organization for ill-undisciplined acess with out any importance ! My primary concern is that are they working for the sake of money as salary? or else it is meant to just make false promises and treat citizens as stray dogs? I cannot understand the behiavour of this organizing staff.
Is this been brought to the notice of higher officials are they really looking at their companions or they find something which is truly annoying, Or are this officials corrupted? Is somebody backing them, Is the STATE GOVERNMENT LOOKING AFTER THIS ? CAN SOMEBODY CHANGE THIS .
please answer all our QUERIES ?????..............

To Whom So Ever

Inspite of regular compliants the PASSPORT office at HYDERABAD are not updatting the STATUS page as well as they clearly mentioned in the lastyear THE POLICE REPORT IS CLEAR AND ITS GETTING DELIVERD TO YOU ON SO & SO DATE :- as on today its almost one year happen no responce, no suggestion, no reply for email, no updates why delay, no atention where it is held. In this case why the hell are they people working and taking salaries. Its not just in movies we see the govt office people useless, waste people working, its proven now in my case.

These people should be HANGED directly by the COURT for making us soo trouble.

Very much depressed, if we want TV, CAR we have an alternative channel who gives better service. But what about passport where shall we go ...? That's why all over the world people say Indian Govt people are the most useless in this world.

Where as if they are paid twice and to work for a FOREIGN company, yes definately they are considered as the BEST EMPLOYEE. but not for their own NATION. ( Desh ke Gaddar hai sab )

But till date there is no information when I will get my passport. I have call to his grievance cell, but there is no response from their end. Plz look into the matter. RPO Hyderabad — RPO officer collecting money and fearing applicants

Arun Sarkar at RPO Hyderabad is forcing payment of additional money for accepting passport papers even if all required documents are submitted. Please advice what can be done in this regards.

Any update? Same is happening with many people. Agents are collecting huge money for the officers as middlemen. Example Arun Sarkar charges lot of money ans speeds up the work. Genuine people are suffering as the offciers have become corrupt

RPO Hyderabad — Passport not received after 4 months

File no: HYD-C[protected] , Year: 2010 belongs to my daughter ( Prachi Rayya - 1 yr old ).

I am waiting for this passport since 4 months. Status website shows Invalid File no since few weeks, it was showing earlier that it is on the way.

I have filed for my wife and son along with this, they recieved after 3 months. I am living in US and waiting desperately for my daughter's passport so that I can take my family back.

I have sent many mails to Hyderabad passport office but no reply and my wife too went twice to the office and they told that all are ok and will recieve in coupld of days.
