[Resolved]  Rs Software India Limited (Provident Fund) — Provident fund not deposited in the account

Subject : Please update the status of the PF Account with A/C number : WB/PRB/28285/2720

Hello Sir

I was working with RS software India limited , Kolkata and they had opened a Provident fund Account with the EPF Office in Park Street , Kolkata with the account number WB/PRB/28285/2720 .I have left the organization in Nov,2011 . i was planning to withdraw/transfer the amount accumulated in the account , for which I inquired the balance details from the PF Commissioner's office in Park street.

To my surprise I came to know from the EPF Office (park street office, Kolkata) that they have not deposited the money which was being deducted from my salary till the period I was in the organization .

I am not getting any update from my previous organization(RS software India limited ,Kolkata) about the provident fund deposit status .Please let me know how to file a consumer complaint .
