I went to RTO For making the Learner licence 1st he said its opened till 1:30pm then i said will come back tommorow, later then i said can u look into this form whether i have filled correctly or not then he said passport not accepted because in this no local address i said its for Date of Birth proof & i have rent agreement then he said no... please look into this and let me know whether the documements i am submitting is coerrect or not.

I dr.amit radheyshyam karnani, had sent important documents for the post of medical officer, at MOH , HEALTH AFFAIRS, OMAN PIN 100. Speed post NO . ER[protected]IN POSTED on 25/04/2013, from HEAD POSTAL OFFICE AJMER PIN 305001.
Sir till now I have no track updates, I would like to know reason for the delay in delivery of SPEED POST, during postal office I was told to br delivered in 7 DAYS.
LAST TACK available is for date 30/04/2013 it was in delhi, so for 7 days SPEED POST DOCUMENTS WERE IN INDIA ONLY..Kindly please update me regarding my documents.

Today (07 May 2013) Evening, I was travelling from Mg road to Rasta peth.
The Police ( Not traffic police ) caught me for nothing. ( 2 police men with women and Sumo was parked and most importat that Sumo was causing trafic jam)
Asked for Licence then PUC then all the documents ( I was wearing helmate also )
and after that told me that your light was not on
At 6.30 PM in may you expect lights on ?
He said we need to check all took my licence and gone to catch others ...
I was waiting for 15-20 min for my licnce.
What is this ????? I told him that i am coming from office and need to reach home ..Still no reply ...

The Police ( Now a days ) / RTO has become a money generating business. The officers trying to make money

Called up the help line no but no responce.

I had submitted my documents for change of address,cancellation of hypothecation & R.C. Delivery Charges on[protected] with its due fees. RTO Pune had issued me Recipt no BN[protected] for Rs. 270-00 for the above purposes.As per the instruction of RTO Pune, it is mentioned in the internet that this services will be provided within seven days, where as the concerned clerk has given me to come on[protected] to collect necessary documents after making changes. Thus, instead of to provide me the services after seven days , he has forcefully told to come after 24 days.I requested him about prescribed services duration for the service, he did not bother & asked me to see the higher officer, unfortunately, officer concern was not present in the chamber for more than a hour.

I moved from Palakkad, Kerala to Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, in early 2010. I had brought along my Bajaj Pulsar 180cc bike, bearing registration number KL-51-4642, with me after getting a No Objection Certificate from RTA, Ottapalam, Palakkad District, Kerala.
Subsequently, after reaching Hyderabad, I went to the RTA office, Medchal, Hyderabad and completed all formalities, and paid a Life Time Road Tax for the State of Andhra Pradesh of Rs. 4670 plus an amount of Rs420. This itself took numerous visits till because RTA Medhcal, on my first visit around July-aug 2010 said the records I have submitted need to be cross checked with RTO Ottapalam. Finally, I was able to pay the above amount on 6/12/2010.
A tax token bearing challan number MEDCCO138/82531 was issued, and the officials said I could ply the vehicle in Andhra Pradesh with this token, and that a new Andhra Pradesh registration number and RC will be given as soon as they receive approval from RTO, Ottapalam. This was in Dec, 2012.
From then on, I made several visits to the RTO office, Kompally, for my Andhra Pradesh RC and number, even meeting up the RTO who directed me to someone else who in turn directed me to someone else. Same story, table to table, desk to desk. Each of them told me that they were waiting for approval from RTO, Ottapalam.
Finally, somewhere around June 2012, I was able to get my original Andhra Pradesh electronic RC card but with the same Kerala Registration number KL-51-4642. When I asked them about this, they told me that they were still waiting for approval from RTA, Ottapalam!!!!
This is March 2013, and I am confounded by these facts.
1) I am plying around in a vehicle with an RC issued by the state of Andhra Pradesh but bearing the registration number of Kerala!!!!
2) I want to sell the bike in Hyderabad as it has gotten old, but nobody wants to buy it because it has a Kerala registration number even though the RC is issued by RTA, Medchal.
3) I cannot sell the bike in Kerala because now nobpdy will buy it as it now carries an Andhra RC!!!
4) I fail to understand how RTA, Medchal collected all taxes and issued me an original RC but with the same,old Kerala registration number when they maintain that they have not received any correspondence from RTA, Ottapalam?
5) I have already spent more than RS.15,000 via life time road taxes in both states, transportation charges, numerous visits to RTA, Medchal, etc, and I am stuck with a bike that I cannot sell.
I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and high priority and get me an Andhra Pradesh state registration number for my bike. I am not sure what needs to be done because even after meeting the RTO, Medchal, a few times, I am still being shunted around.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday I had visited to RTO office for four wheeler learning licence. I was shocked to heard that each licence Agent will charged 1200.00 Rs. and there are at least 9 to 10 Agent wandering in RTO campus. And every thing happening in front of police. within my half an hour i observed that each agent will earn 15K to 20K per day. so monthly turnover .........
How can we stop this corruption. Is there there any buddy.

I have applied for Driving License and had passed the test on 01/11/2012 and was informed that the driving license will be sent via post within 15 days at my residence, however its been 4 months and have still not received the same. The major problem being that i had submitted my 2 wheeler license to get it combined and now i just have the receipt provided by RTO, to which some traffic policeman say that it is valid for only a month.

we would like to inform you that we did speed post on 02.02.2013 number containing ET[protected]IN,was received only on 16.02.2013.it was really huge delay in delivering item.the item which we sent was very much necessary to reach on time.it was so important item.we do speed post for quick services,why we should be responsible for some one mistake .we understand that there will be process gap/service gap some time but it does not mean sending speed post after 14 days is it correct way?i dont know what to call for these transaction.i really suffered lot mentally.i hope you will consider my request for damages.

All Customer have main problem ......

when customer buy a new bike ( motorcycle) ... after passing their bike RC book not riced there give original Address's & given date....

so please all Surat RTO have i requested this sequencing change.. and give all customer RC book there Shoo-room dialer.....

this way very Essy to reached every RC book to Every Customer....

I have the honor to submit a following few lines for your setern action please:-

1. I am a transporter and having two trucks which are being played from through out India as they having all India permit.
2. On[protected] my truck bearing registration no. HP-38C-1717 after loading lather soles started from Damtal, Tehsil Indora, Distt. Kangra (H.P.) for Lucknow (U.P). The aforesaid truck was being driven by Raghubir singh and when the aforesaid truck reached Muradabad (U.P.) on dated 3-1-2013 at about 11:30 AM then the aforesaid R.T.O. stopped the aforesaid truck and took the said truck at weighing machine and got the truck weighted there then he found that the good about 3 Ton was loaded/ excess in the said truck. In the meanwhile a DALAL of said R.T.O. came there having Mobile Nos. [protected] and [protected](bhatia road line muradabad U.P.) and he informed me that he could settle the matter with the R.T.O. for an amount of Rs. 60000/- then he got settled the matter for an amount of Rs. 40000/- and he told that if the said amount of Rs.40000/- be paid to him at Sarna, Tehsil Pathankot, Distt. Pathankot (punjab) namely Dalbir Singh, owner of Puri Road Lines Sarna, Tehsil and Distt. Pathankot, otherwise the whole goods will be confiscated and the truck will be impounded. Feeling agrived I paid an amount of Rs. 40000/- to aforesaid Dalbir Singh and at very movement the aforesaid R.T.O. released the aforesaid truck. When i demanded receipt of an amt of Rs. 40000/- from the aforesaid R.T.O. Muradabad for the amount paid to Dalbir Singh who informed Mr. Bhatia Prop. Bhatia Road Line Muradabad (U.P.) telephonic ally on his mobile no. [protected] about the payment of an amount of Rs. 40000/- then the R.T.O. released my truck with goods and when i demanded the receipt of the said amount then R.T.O. threatened me that he is a officer having good approach in U.P. Govt. And higher police officer and if i stress for the receipt then he will not allow my truck to cross the U.P. State.
3. During this time my father was seriously ill and I remained busy in looking after him and ultimately my father died on dated[protected] and i remained busy in performing his last rites. As such i could not complaint earlier.
Therefore humbly prayed that a Saturn appropriate action may please be taken against the R.T.O. Muradabad (U.P.) and justice be given to me.
An early action is expected from your benevolent hands.

One agent at the pune rto took 1200 Rs from me for getting a driving license made. He speaks very sweet initially. He told that he will give the receipt the next day and DL will come by post to my house. But neither he gave the receipt nor the DL has come till now after around one month has passed. When I call him he makes every fake reason possible. His mobile no. is [protected].
Please stay away from these fraud agents at Pune rto and always take receipt or ID and address proof of the agent before giving any money.

Kindly refer my Complaint N):[protected] dated 02/01/2013 (still pending) regarding Non delivery of my speed post No:- EM[protected]IN, which was booked on 24 December 2012 from Colaba post office of Mumbai region on the name of Sri Kamal Sah, Singaila Shanker Tola Post- Motipur, District- Muzaffarpur, Bihar -843111.

Post Master Motipur and Post Master Singaila- Sandha states that the particular item is not yet received in post office when I visited them to know about the status, where as according to the Postal department Speed Post system says that the particular item was received on 27 Dec 2012 in Motipur and on 01/01/2013 in Singaila- Sandha Post Office and on 01/01/2013 shows the delivery to the addressee.

Now to whome I should ? If believing on Post Master then how the system was updated without performing the task. Now fter 17 days of booking I received my items on 09th Jan 2013. I request the honorable Postal Authorities to kindly take suitable action against the person responsible for the same. (Thanking in anticipation)

And Singaila- Sandha Post Office on 30/12/2012 and on 08/01/2013 for getting status of this speed post and they said that till today it is not received here, on receipt it will be delivered to the addressss.
If tracking result received from the Speed Post Tracking system is true then the Post Man and Post Master should be answerable for wrong delivery and if the tracking status received from the Indian Speed Post system is false then how it is being updated without performing the task.

Sir, my speed post No:- EM[protected]IN containing my driving lisence along with No-Objection Certificate from Mumbai, was booked from Colaba Post Office of Mumbai region on 24/12/2012 for Motipur Post Office of District- Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

If tracking result received from the Speed Post Tracking system is true then the Post Man and Post Master should be answerable for wrong delivery.
The above mentioned Speed Post No:- EM[protected]IN is not delivered to me till today. In this connection four times I sent SMS to 55352 and I got the SMS confirmation that the item was received at Motipur Post Office on 27/12/2012.In this regards my complaint No:[protected] dated 02/01/2013 is still pending. My Speed Post No:-EM[protected] booked from Colaba Post Office of Mumbai region on 24/12/2012 for Motipur, which is not yet delivered to me where as the departmental system of Speed Post says that it was received at Motipur Post Office on 27/12/2012 and delivered on 01/01/13. How the status was updated on the system without delivery. Today 08/01/2012 again I visited the Motipur and Singaila- Sandha Post Office with the details of my Speed Post and the Post Master told me that till today it is not received. Now to whom I should believe, to the Post Master or to the System status of Speed Post department.

I have been applied for Renewal of my License Dt. 27 Nov. 2011. I had completed all the formalities. They told me that I will get my license in a month. Till the date I not getting my license. But I do one rational thing that I taken photo copies of those document. So will you please tell me what kind of further step should I take. I am litreally irritated with this system. Aren't Those people time bonding? By the time technology has been developed but those people are almost taking one and half month to issue my license. Is this devoloping India? Instead of giving immediate license.

I purchased M 800 Std bearing Registration No AP 30 C 6556 from Varun Motors True value. But in the RC book while transferring in my name the LPG was not mentioned my signature is not visible and also in my address Nagar is not mentioned. I made several mail to the all higher up of Transport department, but all the notices are failed. Finally I have issued notices to Transport commissioner, Joint Transport Commissioner (Vig and legal), RTA Attapur and RTA, Visakhapatnam and they have received the same in the first week of December, 2012. Till today neither taken effective steps to correct the RC book nor replied to my notice by the Transport Department. It is bring to your notice for issuance of suitable direction to the Transport Department and to do justice to me.

I'am new to pune and I got my 2 wheeler from bangalore on november 2012. Last saturday I.E. 15 dec 2012, I went to vishrantwadi rto in pune to pay road taxes. I gathered all documents based on information from certain blogs. Upon reaching vishrantwadi rto, I was welcomed by so called dalals who could do me a favour of paying road tax at a price of rs 5000.
I don't indulge anyone into corruption, hence tried looking for an official who could be of some help. Unfortunately the babus are busy smoking over a cup of tea and talking to there associates(dalals). Upon approaching, one of the official(without a name badge), I was relegated to one of the dalals whom I initially understood to be an rto employee.
After my repeated attempts to talk to one of the officials to proceed with road tax, I hit failure and I was exasperated with the odacity of our fellow country men.

Need help in paying my road tax without any interruption without any dalals and at the earliest.

My experience seems as:
1. I am a foreigner(alien) in my own country.
2. My fundamental rights are probably fundamentally wrong, hence I cannot exercise them.
3. Taxes that I pay are only meant for the welfare of our politicians.
4. Bribes are for goons and dalals welfare.

Wish if such things could be done on line where I would have 1 less thing to complain.
Any one who is reading/Concerned about my paying road tax in pune, please help me out to avoid getting caught by government mafias (traffic police)waiting for there prey at traffic junctions to squeeze the life blood out of you.
