[Resolved]  Rubicon Services — Poor customer services and not meeting sla given

The worst ever services that i have got is from RUBICON Services at jogeshwari "(W) my micro wave is not working i called them in the month of december and after makeing numerours calls at customer services there person came to repairs .. and he changed the PCB and again now in the month of feburary its gone fautly i called them on 13.03.2010 the customer services is rubbish no manner who to speak and ignore what the customer is speaking everything i call they keeps giving differnet number technician and i have to keep calling them everyday it is more than 18 days still no one has come .. once afternoon a technican did come but to repairs a water purifier well as i have put a complaint for MICROWAVE.. this is a simple example how stuip and careless they are. I we call cusotmer services they have 10 helpline and when we are speaking to them they attend the other call them comes and i have spend more than 300-400 RS to call them .. and they keep giving the time frame but ever come .. Please take this matter with them i have got frustated and they are just touring the people.

I've decided I've had enough of this, I think I am going to approach the Consumer court

Yesterday (19/06/11)I got the servicing of my Aqua guard done by Rubicon services.
After servicing and changing the candel, carbon and the tube changed, it is observed that there are some carbon and white particals in the water. this is very serious and we are very dis-satified about the service.
Yeah very poor service and I was made to understand that the candles replaced in my water purifier were not new ones at all... I am behind them for a refund as we are transferred to the South and they are yet to get back. Is there any way to lodge a com-plaint in the consumer court?
I have made contract with RUBICON on jan 2010 for three years for to service my water purifier and paid Rs 2100 by cheque but from that day nobody is coming to service my purifier - i have remind them so many times by phone but no +ve response- after nine months some boy came to service - but he is not proper technician, he doesn't know any thing after lots of try he has spoiled my machine and know no body is responding, i don't know what to do ? i have contact Mr vijay yadav / Mr. Janardhan who are manager & Marketing people but every time thy told me that they will call me after 10/15 Minutes or tomorrow technician will come - but no body is coming - ANDHERI NAGRI MAIN SAB KUTCH CHALTA HAI - No body is Bothering

RUBICON SERVICES / AQUAGUARD — no service after contract

CHOR COMPANY - THEY KNOW TO TAKE MONEY - NO SERVICE - NO RESPONSE - NO TECHNICIAN - THEY CHEATER - CHEATING WITH PUBLIC -
The worst service ever seen ... have taken a contract for 2 yrs, verrrrrrrry poor service need to call them upteen times,
then to no responce when ever we call they say technician has already left, since 30 days am doing the followup,
after speaking to Mr. vijay manager he too is saying the technician has left will be there any moment.. and now his not
attending calls... After paying its sad to have this services, infact we the big fool to give them the contract after
knowing the facts... have to lodge a complain to cunsumer court ...

I had purhcased a Aquaguard Compact (four and half year back). I had done a maintenance contract from Rubicon Services. They also claimed that they are the authorized distributors of Aquaguard. They had assured me of great service and i had opted for a 2year maintenance contract.
But, they never came to do the regular service of my water purifier. Every time, i myself had called them for the regular service. They turn up only after calling several times (atleast for two weeks continuosly every time). They never changed purifier candle even when it is mentioned in the contract. Everytime they ask about my address, but never turn up and no one was answering their helpline number even though on the advertising says that their helpline is open 24X7!!
Their service is worst.
I want to take this to the appropriate court. Please help me with the best recourse so that i can get compensation for the harassment caused.
i agree that the service is the worst. they came for a 3 year contract for my water purifier and took the money. since last august they have not come once.
Rublicon Services are the worst ones...i also took a 3 yr contract and in 3 yrs they have serviced only once where as they should have provided atleast 9 services...I am plannin to approach the police for refund of my money...if anybody of you want to join plz mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

service to the customer in the name of RUBICON SERVICES, our helpline no is[protected] open 8:30am-8pm, we are providing one of the best
service in the industry, 1st we are sorry for any trouble caused to the customers, with this if customers have any complain they should inform or

It is the worst service provider company.After entering into contract they are never turned up.So my suggetion to everybody is that whenever these people come to your house, just BHAGAO THEM.

Rubicon Services — No service provided in spite of 3 years contract

It is water purifier ( Aqua guard ) , which was taken into service contract for three years , but after the initail service of 2 times , the Rubicon persons are not responding to any call . My water purifier in not working for more than a month now , the nobody is coming to repair
