RWA — water wastage

I would like to remind you that water is one of the most value-able resource on earth, also known as life.
In my society(shipra sun city), I notice that there is so much wastage of water happening. It keep flowing out from the tanks in morning and evening. RWA is not bothering to check why its happening.

I think you should step-in to save this valuable resource bcoz once its gone, its never gonna come back.
