My SBI savings bank account at Survey Park branch, Kolkata (branch code 18124 ). I had applied for ATM card on 3rd of June, 2015 through my bank. Card has not yet reached my address. I enquire at my bank and was informed that card has been despatched on 5th June. I have been asked to wait but how long? Can something be done?

my name is BARLA CHAITANYA and i had applied for debit card on 09/06/2015 and on contacting customer care they gave me tracking no. EQ[protected]IN and on seeing the net. it is showing that it came to ECIL po and returned back. on contacting ECIL post office they told that Im not staying on the address which is on my sbi records but im staying in the same address as mentioned in the sbi records.Any how i m giving the address once more BARLA CHAITANYA, LIG B 550, Dr.A.S Rao nagar, ECIL post, Hyderabad-500062, Ranga reddy district, Telangana or my card may be sent to my sbi branch of address State Bank of India, HAL Campus, Balanagar, Hyderabad, RR District, telangana
