SBI — delivery status

DEAR SIR,

my doc no :EB[protected]IN is not delivered on my address please provide me a proper delivery

I am Shri Kishan Kashyap. Mera ATM Card[protected] ko Kho gaya tha. Mene ATM Card 24-8-15 ko Blocked kara diya hai Ticket No.[protected] hai. Abhi tak New ATM Card Nahi Mila hai.

I didn't receive my ATM Card so far when I have confirmed from my respective Branch regarding status. They have confirmed
me that your ATM card has already been dispatched on 02/08/2015 against reference EX[protected]IN but so far I have not received. I have contacted to your toll free number also for further action on 22/08/2015.
