Last month my doctor from chennai had sent a medical kit to my address at delhi through ST courier and I has not reached so far. he sent it on 30th May 09 and todays date is 13th June 09. Still it has not reached. Look at the kind of service these idiotic couriers are working and placing big ads in the TV that they are reliable company. Please take serious action against that company.

You please clarify that why our contract is cancelled without proper intimation. We would clarify that we are not bothering about cancellation your contract with us. But your peoples response in this regard is highly punishable.

Its a 100% worst courier company. They have returned our covers mentioning there is no such office. But for School's address also they have mentioned the same reason. How come nearly 250 of our vendors and customers can disappear from Chennai? Is there any body to answer my question? S T Couriers, the worst of all...

SIR,One parcel was booekd by air from pune to pithampur on 25.09.2009,but till today 29.09.09 parcel not receiced, always follw up required for every item.it very very third class courier company.no response from any indore and pithampur office.

I am a nri working in Dubai.On 19-09-09, i visited India on one week leave from Dubai, In chennai airport, outside arrival lounge i was guided by a auto driver to travel in a AC vehicle from chennai to Namakkal. I was handed over by the auto driver to ST travels in Pallavaram around 9 am. I paid 2000 Rs for my travel from chennai to Namakkal in a Ac transport, they said ticket will be given in the vehicle by the driver. I was told to board in a already full and occupied by 10 person mini bus and they said i will be transfered to their other company bus which is 3 km away from their office.
After boarding in the mini bus, there was no answer from the driver when i will be transfered to other vehicle or when i will get seperate seat in the same vehicle.when i asked to switch on the AC, the driver said it will be started after city limit.But never, i suspect the ac is not existing in the vehicle.To my tragedy i was not given a seperate seat, no ac, no proper answer from the driver, no receipt/ticket for my 2000 Rs charge to travel in AC bus.I got my seat after Tindivanam, 120 km from chennai.when ever i ask the driver for info he started rude and said if you are not interested get down from the bus.The bus routed to each and every tiny villages of the other passengers an i reached my home next day 2 am .
I dreamed of reaching home in comfortable ac bus in less than or equal to normal travel time since I wanted to save my time because of short vaccation but ended up in wasting time, money and mental agony
What I suspect/understand is
The travel company has no proper registration/permit to carry passengers
They are cheating hundreds of people coming from gulf and other countries where the money is collected overseas
The charges are 7-10 times more than the normal charges
People are not complaining since lack of awareness lack of time and every day new people are trapped
Again on 26-09-09, around 2 pm i visited Pallavaram ST travels office to collect receipt for my travel previous week, so that i can claim the money from my company. I was told by the staff in the office that he can give the receipt after 4 pm. and asked me to wait in the road side. I was not allowed/given a seat inside the compound. After 4 pm they said they can not give any receipt in a company letter head or with co seal.and gave me a piece of paper with scribing Chennai-namakkal ac car charges 2000 Rs.with out any seal
I even repored in the airport police station and airport manager but not able to register a case since i had no sufficient time as i was told to report in pallavaram police station. Only one thing happened to make me happy is the auto driver who guided me was warned by police station, they promised me that airport area will be well controlled by the police in near future and they allowed the auto driver to go freely even though he had a major role in my tragedy. I returned back to my job with great experience in one week leave .
Only i have the proof for my travel is a hand written receipt in a white paper with out company seal or anything.I know I can go no where with that piece of paper.
The bad practice by the travels and auto drivers greedy for commission to be stopped, Every day new and new people should not be cheated.

I mistakenly couriered in this Company,
I had to urgently send a courier so i sent it in the near by courier shop(ST Courier).
Even after six days it has not reached the destination, and i have no idea where the courier is now.
If any one wants to send a courier please fine a good service provider than to be stuck up with these unexperienced guys.

I am Sivakumar Umaiyan, sent 7 Boxes of House Hold Goods from Sundarapuram, Coimbatore to Indirapuram, Ghazhiabad, U.P. by Air Cargo on 10/10/2009. The consignment was picked-up by Mr.Denish, Sidhaputhur/Coimbatore. After So many struggles and calls to Denish and Anand ([protected]) of ST Courier there were 6 Packs delivered with some utensils were broken. The 7th box was missing and after so many calls to Coimbatore and Chennai ST Couriers finally Mr.Anand arranged to ship to my address. It was a Mixer Grinder and it is completely broken and not usable. I called to the person from Trackon Couriers, who delivered the goods and he said he is not sure. I called to Coimbatore Mr.Palanikumar (ST Couriers - [protected]) and informed the same.
I made to sent all the goods by Air because of safely and fast delivery of the goods. However the goods were not handled properly and broken during shipment. I would request you to resolve the issue. I am tierd of handling with ST and I would expect a fast resolution. If I don't get any and then I will decided to take legal actions against ST Couriers.
After paying the money for Air Cargo I really feel very bad about the service by ST Courier.

S T couriers - the worst i've ever seen. I've ordered a book through a web portal. It was mentioned as 24 hrs delivery. This was a LOCAL DELIVERY - i.e BLR - BLR. Yes the portal guys have kept up their word - they have dispatched the book on the same day via these courier guys. I've booked the same on 09 nov 09 and the consignment has not reached even until 12 Nov 09. On calling up the vendor ( web portal) they promised to check with the courier service. After this a person from the courier calls me and asks where in Bangalore is my office located? After explaining the same, she says please check with your company security. After i insisted that i've not recieved any courier, she says they will look into the matter, but still no commitments on whether the shipment will be made?
In the world with severe competition, if the guys are not able to deliver a local consignment in a day, i dnt think these guys are not fit to be in the business.

we travellers should avoid travelling in these type of illegal modes of transport. you should not have got in the van in the first place.
