Complaint Against Safe Packers & Movers, Dwarka Nagar, Visakhapatnam. (Ph No. [protected] / 2705020)
Safe Packers & Movers had given me a quote of INR 9500 to move my goods from Vizag to Andheri West, Bombay which included a bike as well. When the goods were collected they had finalized the price and took full payment. But they delivered only my luggage and not the bike for which they claim they want more money (INR 4400) discounted to INR 1500 at least.
They called my father and asked for the amount but he advised that I would collect it personally if it costed that much. So they left it at Vashi without paying Octroi and now they want to charge me for extra amount. The initial agreement was a door to door delivery and not a Vashi drop for the bike. The manager says since I gave my father's number they called him for money whereas I specifically said NOT to call them for MONEY. Numbers are provided only for any help with the address.
Kindly advise what do I do against this.
