To The HEAD BRANCH SAHARA INDIA REAL ESTATE CORPORATION LIMITED Sir, My self jitendra shivhare code[protected] working with sahara since feb 2009 but now I am facing many prblem with my upper one who joined me now he is not responding me well since he became main person in kabrai branch IN DIST. I had two A/c on monthly deposit scheme for 48 months.The a/c nos are [protected] & [protected](By the name of Amit Bhattacharya & Kalyani Bhattacharya), from Raipur(C.G).I had applied for transfer it at Sealdah(Kolkata) branch.But till i did not get any confirmation.Can any body confirm me what is the actual position?

Sahara India — Delay in refund
Sir,I had made following bookings with Sahara India for allotment of dwelling units of various housing projects / townships:
Rs. 1, 00, 000/- In the year 2003
Rs. 10, 000/- In the year 2003
Rs. 83, 000/- In the year 2004
Since company was not able to fulfill its commitments, I had submitted an application for refund of amounts deposited at
the time of registration. It is more than 4 months have passed
I have not received any money.
Please advise where and how to lodge a complaint so that I
can get my money with interest and litigation charges ?
