Sahara International — cheat or true

yesterday i called received from sahara internation and they asked yr cv
selection was completed , you will be came our office with Rs.5000/- for medical test. after that you will be get visa and ticket for uk oil and gas project.

i can not understand with out interview how can seleected to me.

please advise for these is cheat or true.
