Sai Sewa/Indane — Less wt.of Gas cylinder

Dear Sir,
I used to get lesser wt. of domestic cylinders deliverd at my home.Even after frequent complaint to the agency no action has been taken against the delivery personnels. We are attached with Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Yesterday also they send a cylinder weighing 24 Kg, which i had send back.Please suggest where to coplaint, to stop these type of activities.

For the last 7 days i am trying to book a gas cylkilnder but the agecy is not responding. Every time their phone are in engage mode

Please take an immediate action against the people those who are doing this type of work. This kind of activity nobody can tolerate

I am facing the same problem, the Ph # [protected] given to me by Sai Gas Agency is always get busy and if sometime it connects noboday pick up the phone and it gets disconnected.

I have purchase new gas connection from sai sewa gas agency. i book my gas on 13th april bt still i have not get gas cylinder . and all office no, all time busy. when i connect to vender he always say today or tomorrow u will get your cylinder. but i have not any one say what i will do.

i booked gas on[protected] by your tomogas service and my booking number is 937 at vasant kunj sai gas service.
but noone cm for delivery.whenver i called;their responce is always very very bad

I am also facing the same problem. I am trying to book a gas cylinder by using 's phone number[protected], 26134492,[protected]Sai Sewa Gas Agency's) but they are not picking up phone. This is happening since last fifteen days .

call on the below mentioned centralised telephone no. of indane gas. Through this u can easily book your gas but do keep the telephone number of the gas agency with you as you would require it for booking your refill cylinder.

This is not only the problem. I have booked Gas cylinder by SMS, online Indane website shows and confirms booking. I have received a SMS confirming the booking and cash memo is generated. It is 5 days back. They do not deliver the cylinder, till somone visits personally to their office. last delivery of cylinder was after 15 days of booking, which was done after my father, age 75 have to go to their office.

It seems someone is diverting the cylinder for monetary gains. Let us group together and bring this issue to notice of IOCL and consumer court. My number is [protected]

They do not deliver the even booked cylinders, until customer personally visits to their office. They keep quite. I think someone in their office is selling the booked cylinders in black market. Let us all together lodge a complaint in IOCL and then in consumer court.
