Samsumg Refrigarator - Sound is coming from freez

I have made complaint on last thursday(22/04/2010) on the number-01130308282. My BP NO-8413491432.After that i made 10 times call on same number for service but no executive came .One customer care executive given me service centre number-01145261600 & 01145261601,but no one is picking the phone on this number.
