Sir, I purchased a Samsung Omnia i900 on 6th April, 2009 from Hotspot Mobiles, Moga (PUNJAB) for Rs. 26,500. This phone was bought for my father who is has to roam all over India because of his job. Withing few months o[censored]sing the handset, in August, The phone's motherboard went off and my father deposited the handset at Samsung Service Centre, M/s Adil Electronics, Srinagar (J&K) from where after numerous phone calls, he received motherboard replaced handset back after approx. 1.5 months. After that, till march 2010, the handset was barely used either once or twice because of the official mobile handset he got from his department.
While transferring the contacts to the i900 handset, the handset was constantly showing low memory. This issue was told to the Samsung Service Helpline people and as per them, this was a minor issue and handset could be deposited at the Service Centre for resolving the issue. When the handset was shown to Samsung Factory Service Center at Kalkaji, New Delhi. I was told that the 8GB NAND Flash Memory inside the handset is absent. I immediately called the Samsung Helpline and they gave me a complaint no. [protected] and made me to expect a call from them withing 3 days and till today, that 3rd day hasn't come. This is what Samsung is? First they offer cheapest quality handsets with the worst touch screen i've ever experienced, worst service and now cheating on customers just for a piece of flash memory! Because of this I'm not able to sell this handset in the market! In the market, people are offering me RS. 5000 for a 1 year old handset! Wow! A total Rs. 20,000 loss!!!
I request the hon'ble judges to provide me with Justice....

I bought this phone on 07/04/09 the memory card which got with this phone it was already damaged then i had to purchase a new memory card . After using a handset for 1 week I started facing battery problem regarding same I spoke with Samsung customer care they adviced me to visit Samsung service station, I went their just to check weather my battery is fine they took 7 days n returned my handset without replacing battery they said the software was corrupt, When I got my handset back body was all scratched n it seems that they changed my body, they accepted this fact n promised to changed cell body and now they are not changing it .please help me outRameez Khan
