[Resolved] Samsung B - 519 Mobile — not supporting any image type | |
i am vignesh from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu... i bought the mobile SAMSUNG B - 519(CDMA) last month with a reliance connection.. there is an option given in the phone that we can view images... after buying i uploaded all type of image type but none of the type supported to view.. whatever image type i upload and i tried to view means, it will display " NOT SUPPORTED TYPE".. i went to samsung service center and i asked what type of image will it support.. they dint give me a proper response.. i called them many times, but no response from them... i want to know what type of images will it support .. Samsung Guru Muzik B519 mobile phone
Since i am using this phone from Jan2010
There is not proper batterey back up service personal suggest to switch off and put for the charge early min 4 hours required for full chargeing
After one month use i am useing for relinace CDMA No i had problem in call history, afterwards i am getting complient from callers my voice is very low some times nothing auidiable, i went to service at CTC at Secunderabad they are reinstal the softerware (saying upgrde) in this sequience i lost 500nos ph book they are not even bother to provide back the phone book, siply they show their notice board they will not take any precaution about all this mischefes. finaly i felt its rectified the problem
Than with in a week again repeated the same problem again they reinstall the software.
Even through i am getting complints from some of the callers they are not able to hear properly
I purchsed this moble from BIG C in SP Road branch @ Rs.2800/-, when i bring this to their notice, they are not responsible of any of these problems
Kindly advice me. how to get out of this is any body want to buy i will ready sell for to reduce this headache

Samsung Mobile GURU 519 — Battery backup and Set not charging fully
I have purchased Samsung Mobile hand Model Guru 519 IMEI no.A[protected]AD9 set on 12/02/2010.This mobile set not giving battery back up of a day.When contacted at local Service center they are not in a position to diagnose the problem and unable to solve the fault in spite of my three visits.At present the set is not even showing full charging.

It has very short battery life.
It restarts automatically.
Poor signalling
Doesn't support image file.
Doesn't support long SMS.
writting sms in hin-eng (EHin) not good.
Software Problem... and lots more
I just say BIG NO to this handset. Its better go for LG or Nokia handsets. I purchased ZTE Reliance Phone its quiet simple & good. Having good battery backup. at Just Rs.800/-

I am having B539 mobile. It's the worst mobile which I had seen except music. Music and sound in ear phone is very good. There are so many problems with this mobile.
1. Voice is cracking, some times no voice from our side.
2. Call logging is worst. If we get the calls from two numbers simultaneously previous one may be erased.
3.Suddenly it will restart if we are doing call log deletion
4.We wont get the details of last 3 or 4 missed calls(These are very important for Job seekers and business fellows)
So, I am suggesting that not to go for B 539 model. Instead of this go for M power muzik etc.
