[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

Samsung — hard disk

i had got samsung hard disk 0f 80 gb
when it first got bad sector, they were removed within period of 7 days. but when it happpened again i was told ill be getting in 15 to 20 days.
its already 15 days and i havent heard anything from them.

Samsung — Defective Machine received

Sir,
we bought samsang Sf371 3in1 on 12 June 2008 & it was defective, there was no dial tone in machine. Engineer came from company for installation, he repaired it. Again same problem created
registered complaint No.[protected] dt. 10 Sept. 2008 saying that
the part Have to change that will get it done within 4-5 days.
But till today no much efforts made by them to get problem solved.

After every day foolow up to service centre they only give assurance that our Engineer will contact you But till today never
saying that Part is not received yet.

Now we request samsang to solve our problem as we are depend on same machine & we dont have another to fullfill our business work. if not You are request change machine with new one.

We expect samsung should keep track of buyer to trust samsung.

Samsung WVAL80 Washing Machine — Complaint for not Installing the New Washing Machine

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 06/10/2008 from DASS Elecric Trading Co (P.) Ltd., Paud Road, Pune, Maharshtra, India .I have called up the Dealer as well as Samsung Customer Care for demonstration and installation the Washing Machine and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a 4 days.
I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!.

After trusting on theSamsung in line of other companies of japan or korea I had buy foru appliances namely d/d refrigerator, washing machine, tv & microwave. few time washing machine got faults which repaired. But one funni thing I noticed when my microwave which i have used very rarely got fault,

the fault is when open its door it starts running & after shutting the door it stopped. we rarely use the microwave as we r not fod of cooking on it .after lodging a conplaint a sevice man came & asked the problem we explained. he opened it & checked with his meter one or two point & straight away told us that it will cost around 2800/-hundred rs.i asked him what is the problem he replied the PCB will be changed. being in engineering profession i asked which part of PCB is faulty he said the IC is to be changed he replied no it cannot possible you have to change whole PCB. I told him that it was sparingly used how it got fault he didnot replied satisfactorily my answer. then I asked him if I got repair it through you then for how many time the gaurantee would be there he replied that only for one month.

Being a company of repute like LG, hitachee, sony, mitsubishi, & other how your company is scorching the costumers hard earned money by after sale monopoly. you just tell me that just for a small componant why the whole PCB should be changed in a country like INDIA where lot of street technicians are available.It is not usa . or other country where the technicians are highly paid & are very less. your company or the technician is robbing the costumer who has get in your net .where for small part the costumer will knock shop to shop. I know that it is some how trouble some but not impossible to get it repair. But think YOU Peoples are doing business in the perifery of MR&RTP ACT which is not fare you should think over this monopoly trade practice & help the costumers so they may attract towards you Not irretate with the after sale snatching their money.

Samsung Window AC 1 ton ZKA — AC stopped working within 05 months of purchase

The numerous calls ended up in a technician landing at our house and telling that the PCB with relay is faulty and will be replaced in two days. The two days has gone past by another six days and no calls / visits.

i have bought samsung washing machine model no WD 7652C8W/XFL about 10 days back from a dealer in gurgaon. FROM the day one it is not working we have loged the complaint vide complaint no BPNO [protected] AND WE were promised that the machine will be replaced within one week.the persons from samsung service station have visited the next day of our complaint. but till date we have not heared any thing from them even after regular follow up pl advise me what i am required to do

I had given my moblile phone to get repair but its been more than 25 days i haven't recived it yet...
i bought a samsung microwave 1 week back.after 2 days things were not heating.we complained customer care.they sent a demo person who doesn't know anything.inspite of repeated calls no one attended till now.
I bought a Samsung 21 inches TV, 2 and a half months back. Though I had not used any Samsung products, I thought Samsung products are good. One fine sunny afternoon all of a sudden the TV display went off. My complaint at Samsung service center on Oct 9, 2008 was attended by a person and told me that motherboard is gone due to lightning( :) easy for them to include in warranty and tell a reason to avoid the poor quality of their product). There was no rain or even clouds. Hot Sunny Chennai noon.
They asked for 10 days to get a replacement part. 9 th day I called them and they told me that it will be done next day. Next day again I called called them as there was no call from then and was told that the part has not arrived and will take another five days. It is Diwali festival season you know how desperate people in the family expect to watch TV program. We have another Sony TV that is 15 years old that has seen all the lightings( :) ) and all and is working good. I had lost all the trust with Samsung, and the way the service agents responded was like.. with we dont care attitude. Dont buy Samsung, the product and Service - both sucks.

microware & washing machine — casual approach of service staff

On 28.02.2008, I paid you a sum of Rs. 842/- towards one year AMC of Microware but my maiden complaint dated 24.10.2008 (No 2338877) is yet to be attended. Further my complaint for washing machine made on 10.10.2008 (No. 2277390) is attended so far.

These are not the two isolated case of your workforce’s casual approach and deficiency in service. Your call centre record will show that I always make specific request for attending complaint after 6.00PM (on working day) but your representative never care for the same, forcing me for making repeated complaints and taking leave from my office to get my washing machine repaired.
