[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

As a loyal customer of Samsung products, I bought an AC (model no: 24 NA split, invoice no. 29/2844) from Bela Enterprises (opp. Aradhana talkies) in Vadodara (Gujarat) on October 17, 2008. The AC model (24 NA, price Rs 28, 500) supplied by the dealer (Mr Dhananjay) was damaged (with failed compressor) even before it was installed. After four days of repeated requests, the AC was finally replaced only on October 22, 2008, that too with an older version (24 FJ) which cost Rs 27, 700 (Rs 800 less than the earlier model). The dealer said that they don't have the same model and therefore we decided to get the earlier model.
We accepted the model taking in to account the prompt services offered by Samsung service centre. The dealer of Bela Electronics, Mr Dhananjay said that he would pay back the difference as soon as we give him the old (24 NA) invoice. However, even after three days of providing him with the invoice, Mr Dhananjay unnecessarily delaying the payment of the difference.
On October 26, 2008 when I approached him for the same he told me to talk to the company directly. When I insisted that he should give it in written, Mr Dhananjay misbehaved and told me to get out of his shop. He further dared me to do whatever I can to get Rs 800. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Samsung company-owned showroom. It is an insult to a loyal customer. The dealer is behaving like a goon.
The objective this complaint is to bring to your notice as to how people like Mr Dhananjay take customers for granted. After several failed attempts to take my money back from the dealer I called up the service centre head in Vadodara. Head of the service centre in Vadodara Mr Vijay was polite and told me that it is the dealer who is responsible for the payment of the difference. I am both, upset and hurt with the way the dealer (Mr Dhananjay) have spoken to me over the period of eight days. I deserve a written apology from the dealer.

Samsung — brand new DVD player not repaired by Samsung

I bought a DVD player P480 of Samsung on Sep 19, 2008.

On Oct 29, it stopped reading the DVDs. On Oct 30, 2008, I complained at the Samsung Call centre (Phone[protected] regrding the fault with the BP no. [protected].

I was told that complaint will be resolved within 24 HRs.

One engineer visited after 48 Hrs. and told us that one moter which revolves the disc needs replacement and will be done the next day.

Neither anyone came to fix it nor any one called after that.

After that day, I started following up for the rectification almost every day and no one turned up.

On Nov 8, 2008, I requested the call centre that they should relace the DVD player of refund the money since they are not able to service it.

On Nov 11, 2008 I got a cll from one Mr. Vikesh Choudhary from Samsung (Mobile no. [protected]) who told me that an engineer will visit us and he will either replace/refund the DVd player.

Nothing happened.

I followed up with Mr. Choudhary on Nov 14, reminding of his obligation. He promised me a phone call. No one called, forget any replacement/refund.

On Nov 15, I once again requested the call centre to look in to it. They promised me an action from higher authorities.

Nothing has happened so far. No one has visited. No phone call has come to us. No refund/replacement has been done so far.

This is the state of affairs in your Samsung.

Please tell me why should I not go to consumer court for redressel?

Samsung — PUK disabled & card block

since i cant access my mobile phone (Model no-Samsung-SGH-X160) recently i press the button of settings pin check 2 and from then when i restart my mobile it shown that PUK disabled & card block...please tell me the way ...i cant make any incoming or outgoing calls...Thank You...

Samsung — Service Issue, Mobile lost by the company

Dear Sir/Mam

I have given my samsung handset on 03 september 2008, which was under warranty period for servicing to Janakpuri New Delhi Samsung service center as it was not functioning just after period of 10 months from purchasing.

I was commited from the service center that i would recieve the handset in 10 days only, now almost 3 months have passed away & service center is refusing to provided me with my handset.

Please ask the company or the service center to give me my mobile back else pay me the compensation,

Samsung — Samsung's LCD TV

Dear distinguished Sir,
I have bought an LCD TV of Samsung (modeled LA40N71BX) on May 7, 2007 in the local electronics chain store, Su Ning electronics store, in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It was installed in my house on Juen 22, 2007. After not more than half an year, the screen of this TV turned black with only sounds of the programme. So we asked the after-selling service department of Samsung in China to repair it . After three times' repairement it did not work at all. Then the headquater of the after-selling service department of Samsung in Beijing, China, offered a new screen for me for free on 26 December, 2007. But still after a short time just before the earthquake of this year the same problem occured again! At that time my husband informed the after-selling service department of Samsung in China, and they advised us to continue to observe it. That's exactly before this year's earthquake happed in my province, Sichuan, in the May of 2008. After the earthquake, when we calmed down we still noticed the problem once in a while . On the evnng of November 25, 2008, it totally turned into a blank with a little dark light on my TVsreen. I informed the after-selling service department of Samsung in China of this bad news, they send a repairman the next day and the repairmen examinde my TV carefully with a conllusion that it was the problem of the screen again!
But this time the after-selling service department of Samsung in Beijing, China, refused to exchange a new and qualified LCD screen for me for free, because, as they insisted, the time of guarantee of my TV was expired . I doubted weather they referred to authorized three gurantees for the TV products. According to it, all the TV products should be guranteed a free repairment, or exchange afted three usesless repairment wihtin one year, and if some parts of the TV products have been exchanged, the time for the three gurantees should be renewed. That means my TV screen should be exchanged with a new one for free. But they insisted on charging me for a new one.
I have three questions:
1. since there is no specific law to regulate the three gurantees for LCD TV products in China, to which law or rule does Samsung refer ?What's more, according to it, all the TV produces should be guranteed a free repairment, or exchange afted three usesless repairment wihtin one year, and if some parts of the TV products have been exchanged, the time for the three gurantees should be renewed.
2. if Samsung referrs to the normal TVproduces ' three gurantees law in China, Samsung should be well aware of the regulations in this law that a color TV should be guranteed for one year, with its main parts such as display tube within at least 3 years. Since an LCD TV has no display tube, its LCD screen should be its main part as display tube to a color TV.
3. As the same problem has happend to the sme part of my LCD TV which was exchanged not more than one year ago, how could the after-selling service department of Samsung in China calculated its gurantee time from the very beginning of the buying.
I stongly object to the policy and attitude of Samsung towards its consumer! I strongly throw doubt on the quality of any Samsung's products! I confirmly require Samsung to exchange a new TV screen for me for free and also provede me an authorized written gurantee for the quality of it with a renewal of the gurantee time.

Dear Sir/Madam, I write to you with a really heavy heart. All my electronic products are from SAMSUNG 3 TVs, 1 Washing Machine, And I borrowed money and bought an LCD 42 Inches, for my father who was suffering from Cancer, for a sum of Rs.100, 000/-.(He is no more).
This TV after a year packed up today, and I am very very upset, not for the cost but for the fact that my father was always in praise of SAMSUNG TV. Today is his 5th month of our loss, and this TV packed up. I am very upset, and i called your call center who wants rs.3500/- for a visit, spares extra.
Money not the issue, but my confidence in YOUR PRODUCT has failed me. I will NEVER EVER BUY YOUR PRODUCT AGAIN, as i am teribally upset with todays happning.

i am very much upset by the poor service of samsung . i was facing problem regarding booting of windows. service center kept my hard disk for 20 days and returned that back to me without solving the problem and saying that you have to take it to another service center. this is bad as they are not taking responsibility for replacing or correcting the hard disk. I took it to service center and ask for my repair in warranty. I paid Rs1500 for a new display. D fact it was externally damaged nd cudnt b considered in warranty.
Only 45 days hv passed nd now dat display s troubling me.(sum times it displays everything nd sumtym evrythng gets blank on d screen .). I visited at ur service centre again . dis tym he told dat there s no external damage in it, but still I ll b charged same if I want to get it repaired, Though my cel s in warranty.
I wanna ask u dat if d customers do not get honest warranty, then y u provide dis facility?? Ur authorized service centre’s are meant for original equipments, but then also v r not able to get a satisfactory service nd genuine spare parts from them.
The first case above was f9, nd I paid 4 it widout ny argument coz there was an external damage. But now, there s no such case like dat nd they are not providing me wid d warranty replacement.if d life [censored]r spare parts s not just 2months, then y its worth s of 1500??This was not expected from one of d best electronics co. in d world.

I'm having worst experience with samsung, i bouht a fully automatic washing machine from the so called company samsung. Within six months the trouble started. On giving complaint to there customer care, service person came and left saying he will come with replacement part and till now he has turned up. daily i'm calling to cutomer care but for no use every time a get respone that they dont have the replacement part in store. I really wonder a company like samsung dont have small part in the store. Now i'm afraid to suggest some one buying the products of this company. Hope samsungs contacs me soon and resole the same.
I have bought a Samsung Washing Machine, The machine is not working i have made a complaint with Samsung Customer Care on 07/12/2008, Still the machine is not replaced or serviced.
