I purchased a Samsung C3222 (IMEI No- 355409-04-433802-2) model mobile set on 13-Mar-2011 after 2months it got started hanging & on 26-Aug-11it got restart automatically repeatedly and I'm not able to use it. So I went to a Samsung authorized service center at Orissa/ Bhubaneswar. They told me that it will got repair on Monday(29-Aug) but when I communicate them now they told me they don't have availability of mother board so wait for another 10 to 15 days. What kind of service is this? Why should we use your product ? also they are not providing any standby how could we manage ? I never expected this type of service from the brand like Samsung. Please look into the matter & do the needful ASAP.
