[Resolved] Samsung — VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE | |
Dear Sir, A microwave oven of Samsung(model no-CE1113FL) was bought by me from Capital Chowringhee (p) limited Kolkata on 12/07/2007 through a friend. The retailer supplied me a dented and damaged oven which was replaced by Samsung after many E-mails and phone calls in the month of September, 2007. My oven stopped working on 06/07/2008 and I informed Samsung about this through E-mail dated 08/07/2008 which was acknowledged by them on 09/07/2008 through SMS and I was given a BP no:[protected].On 11/07/2008 their service engineer visited us and after inspecting my oven informed us that TRANSFORMER of our oven has to be replaced and if it will be available at the service centre replacement will be done in one or two days otherwise in one week. Till then I have sent three E-Mails to Samsung, made several phone calls at their toll free numbers and service centre and in return I have only received SMSs and Mails but no one from their service centre has either called us or visited us. and that center is closed now from where i get my mobile phone
other nearest center doesnot have a answere for that
