[Resolved] Samsung — 5.5 ltr, fully automatic washing machine | |
This washing machine stopped working on the 20th of Sep, the same day I registered a complaint. The representative from Samsung from Samsung came that evening and saw the machine and said that the motor is gone and has to be replaced. He said it will take about 4-5 days, so i waited patiently, he came on the 29th with a new motor which also turned out to be defective, and from then on they are refusing to take my calls, they are not evening responding on the call centre number namely[protected], the representative is also not responding to my calls his name is Rishi and his cell number is [protected]. I am facing a lot of problems due to this, maids are also not easy to come by, please help me to solve this problem and please make them listen to me and my problems. thank you Was this information helpful? | |
